"The White House said Thursday that Bush will veto the bill if it reaches him because it does too little to enroll low-income families ahead of those slightly better off, and because it includes a tax hike -- in this case, on tobacco."

Currently prolifers elect unborn above the born 143 million orphaned children (1), world peace (2), ending slavery (Walmart: the high cost of low prices), valuing family businesses and family farms. These same people who call themselves prolife elect in support of war killing 1 million men, women, and children in Iraq, not counting unborn (2). Prolifers shop in support of unpatriotic big business relocating US jobs to abroad child slavery sweatshops, where children work 16 hours a day 7 days a week for pennies(3). If pro-newborns is going to use the broad name prolife, they better look full spectrum to world peace, ending slavery, adopting Orphans, valuing small family business and family farming. Start valuing orphaned children and women as much as newborns.

.
it's just another cable network.
Bleached blondes,
cankles galore,
collagen inflated lips;
makeup galore;
phony laughing; phony jokes..
news but very little substance...

....WHAT, YOU ASK ??

I have the nerve and audacity to put down Fox 5, when other cable networks are basically the same, or worse.

hummm
that is why I keep a remote close by.
NONE of them interest me. I prefer sites from all over the world, right here on line........
Fox may well be your cup of tea
but for others like me
it is exactly this--

I have heard about the Son of Sam Law that says that a person can not benifit from their crimes. They can't kill people and then sell a book about it.

Does this law apply to drug dealers?

If it does, how long would it apply for? I mean if the crime (dealing drugs) was a long time ago. Would the Son of Sam law run out at some point?

I recently started a resturaunt in california and I just want to make sure that the employee I hire is a christian, I was thinking of asking him a quesiton "if you were to sit at a table with a major religeous figure who would it be" and If they said jesus then they are christian, the last resturaunt I started I hired an atheist belive in that whole "freedom of religeon thing" the guy had no morals and kept promising to do stuff that he didnt do, so I had to let him go, then I tried to hire another one and the same thing happens, atheist can lie and make promises without no regret or fear of going to hell, look I just want to hire a christian without breaking federal law, I dont care if it seems racist, I honestly don't care, I just want to know if he is a christian without being arrested for discrimination, how do I do this?

they have done so, and it upsets my youngest daughter the most. She is 4 and developmentally delayed and knows ppl who aren't her teachers, or ppl she does not see every day, as bad ppl. She does not like strangers, at all. So when a social worker visits my kids at school, asks her questions, she is visibly upset when she gets home from school. When we have asked them not to see her at school, they look at me and ask if we have anything to hide. i tell them no, but they insist on seeing her anyway, insisting we are hiding something by asking them not to see her at school. We aren't being investigated,but are being evaluated, same to me, i say. My oldest daughter answers their questions, but she is vague about things if she feels it is not their business. Can they just go into a school and visit kids without the parent's permission, and mentally upset them? Isn't that mental abuse? And who do THEY have to answer to when they screw up?

my husbands co. is deploying in december, we have known this for a whilte and my plan has been to pack up my things and put them in storage and give up the apartment while he is gone and go stay with family. within the past few months we learned that the co. will be moving from va to tx when they return from deployment and will not be comeing back here at all. so i thought that i could just have the army move our things then....now with only like a month and a half left to get things done i find out that the military will only move the things if they are the ones to pack it....so what do i do? my things will already be packed and in storage by the time they need to move them.....
