every base has at least three satellite campuses on site. UMUC is one. Additionally, any online college that is accredited you can attend. I attended Ellis(part of NYIT) while still living in Japan,

Every military base has accredited colleges that serve the military overseas.

All the bases have univeristy extensions on them. University of Maryland is pretty much everywhere. You should not have a problem finding something.

There are plenty of colleges that you can go to on base. Every installation has a education center where you can go to school.
