I feel the
Republican Undermined Congress
does its work minorly well for America.

Most of the present members of Congress are moderate Democrats. Of course to the far right wingnuts they are radical leftists. They are doing the best they can. They have acted on all the things they campaigned on: raise the minimum wage, reforms in student loans, health care and prescription reform, independent energy policy, cleaning up the culture of corruption that permeated the GOP Congress, end rubber stamping Bush's repressive national security policies, hold the administration accountable for the war in Iraq while supporting the troops. They have not yet been successful in achieving all these goals due to a slim majority and Bush's vetoes and unconstitutional signing statements. I support them in doing this work Americans want them to do and that they were elected to do. I will continue to support them when they have a clear majority and supportive administration in 2009.

The Democratic Congress is just lazy, while the Republican Congress just passed anything. When will Americans realize that political groups are just legalized gangs. I can be a moral person whether being a Republican or Democrat.

Our Democrat lead congress does not have enough votes to do much. It is not like they are a vast majority. And Mr. Veto stands in their way if they can get a few Republicans to compromise. By the way you just accused a bunch of republicans of serving the radical left. I suggest you turn your tape of Rush back on.

The Democrats have tried several times to do the will of the people but there are enough Republicans bent on obstructing the will of the people that it seems nothing is getting done. It is like when the neocons had control of Congress very little got done because they don't want to do the will of the people. The way to fix this problem is next year reduce the number of obstructionist Republicans and increas the number of Democrats. Together with a Democratic President we will begin the healing process, we will make progress in seeing the will of the people happen.

They are attempting to serve the left but fortunately for us normal folks Bush keeps slapping them down. Pelosi and Reid are complete morons who have no business in power. They are far from the main stream that the overwhelming majority of this country. They certainly deserve to be in their far left districts and state but they shouldn't try to shove their ridiculous agenda on true Americans...

No they are not. The war in Iraq continues with little hope for resolution, or even an exit by American servicemen. The national deficit is way too high and they are not attempting to fix the health care system or social security. They are not acting as a counterweight to the Bush administration
