ok, so my boyfriend joined the Army Reserves over the summer. He is 18. I turned 16 this summer. In Georgia, US, as far as I’m concerned the legal age to have sex is 16. So technically this would not be considered rape. However I'm just wondering if the military can press charges against him or convict him of rape or something like that. So if anybody can tell me anything about that could you please help me?

I have had answers to previous SCHIP Questions claiming you could make 60,000, 61,000, 65,000, 80,000, and 81,000 Dollars. Well which is it? The first clue that someone is lying about a number is they can't keep their facts straight. Is this the case.
Please try to answer the question I have asked and not spout the lies as to why the SCHIP Bill was a bad bill. Thanks

Did anyone watch the interview with Mike Huckabee last night? If so, what was your impression of Huckabee? Also, does anyone know where someone could watch it online if that someone was able neither to watch nor to tape it?

P.S. Here is a link to the transcript, if you're interested in what they talked about:

We bought property owned by grandfather(died in 1990) and dad had paid equal share to both of his brothers long time back and got their signature on a sheet of paper mentioning that they got their equal share (total sum divided 3). But now they are not willing to sign on the bond paper and also fathers sister's are asking about the share. They are total 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Previously sisters said they dont want any share and dad paid equal sum to both the brothers now noone is willing to sign the papers and there fore the property is still on grandpa's name we are living there since 20 years. No one claimed anything before but now when we asked them to sign they want share. Can we transfer the property on my fathers name without there signature or do we want everyone's(including sister's) signature. Please advice

"In 2000, exit polling showed white women backed George W. Bush over Al Gore by 3 percentage points, but white men backed him by 27 percentage points. Four years later, with John F. Kerry carrying the Democratic banner, the margin was 26 points."

She and her husband haven't really done anything for either group, especially blacks.

Both groups need to take a closer look at the actions of the Clintons rather than the sound bites. Don't they see that, when they come to a black event, they start taking in a different dialect?

It's insulting and quite transparent.....why are minorities supporting these flim-flams?

Iranian Retaliation Against US Strikes

1. Retaliate against US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan overtly using Shahab-3 missiles armed with
CBR warheads

2. Use proxy groups including al-Zarqawi and Sadr in Iraq to intensify the insurgency and escalate
the attacks against US forces and Iraqi Security Forces

3. Turn the Shi'ite majority in Iraq against the US presence and demand US forces to leave

4. Attack the US homeland with suicide bombs by proxy groups or deliver CBR weapons to al-
Qaeda to use against the US

5. Use its asymmetric capabilities to attacks US interests in the region including soft targets: e.g.
embassies, commercial centers, and American citizens

6. Attack US naval forces stationed in the Gulf with anti-ship missiles, asymmetric warfare, and
Mines

7. Attack Israel with missile attacks possibly with CBR warheads

8. Retaliate against energy targets in the Gulf and temporarily shut off the flow of oil from the Strait
of Hormuz

9. Stop all of its oil and gas shipments to increase the price of oil, inflict damage on the global and

EVERYWHERE you look, there's another Harry Potter. Posters on the street. TV commercials in every break. Pop-up ads on the internet. Articles in newspapers commenting on the fact that there's a Harry Potter blitz on, and there's no escaping it.

Not since George Bush decided to invade Iraq over weapons of mass destruction has the world been so engrossed with a fantasy story.

The reason for this publicity overload is obvious. Due either to excellent or appalling co-ordination between publisher and studio, the latest Harry Potter book and the latest film are both released this

Last night as I was returning home from the theatre I decided to take a short cut through a local council estate and to be frank the sight that greeted me was appalling, a complete chavalanche of kids wearing sports clothing, standing around smoking, drinking and fighting. I saw one couple fornicating in a shop doorway, surely this is unacceptable to the honest, decent hard working people of Britain.
So I propose we either send these yobs to Iraq for a minimum of 2 years or we carpet bomb these estates and get rid of the vermin once and for all.
Please star this question to show you agree.
I am sure with your support we can get the government to act on this important issue that affects us all.
Thank you.

This is in reference to the US Civil War. If there were a peaceful break, death and destruction would have been avoided on both sides. What were the real reasons for the North to go to war to stop the split?

On Wednesday, President Bush was asked why he vetoed the CHIP legislation that would provide health care to almost ten million children. His response: "to ensure that I am relevant".
It is amazing that he thinks his relevancy is more important than health care for ten million children.
The Congress already has 69 votes in the Senate, more than enough to pass the bill without the President, and the House of Representatives came within 13 votes of overriding his veto Thursday.
Now the President is saying "Why don't we sit down and compromise on CHIP?" How in the world does he think Congress got to where it did? How did it get 69 senators to support this legislation? Compromise.
The bill started with a cost of $70 billion, then went to $50 billion and finally compromised at $35 billion. For the President to come now and say, "Let's compromise," is completely disingenuous. Saving children should be more important to the President than saving face.
Here is the irony of the President's veto: This program was created by Orrin Hatch, a conservative Republican, and Ted Kennedy 10 years ago. Why? Because Orrin Hatch had two families come to him -- both families were working. They didn't qualify for Medicaid. They couldn't buy insurance. They didn't have the money. So in the finest example of bipartisan cooperation, conservative Orrin Hatch and liberal Ted Kennedy sat down and created one of our nation's most successful health care programs.
Now George Bush vetoed this bill simply to remain relevant. Ten million children are not irrelevant.

It seems like the only time a person is considered a serial killer is in extreme cases...for example, Jeffery Dahmer.

On the other hand you can read in the newspaper any given day about a 'gang banger' who was FINALLY arrested. This gang member has a rap sheet 20 feet long and is suspected or known to have killed 3 people over this-that or the other thing. BUT he is never labled as a serial killer.
