As an attorney, if you call upon the services of a stenographer to record your minutes as you represent a client in, say, a ZBA hearing or the like, are you the attorney responsible for paying the stenographer or is your client responsible?
Part two of the question, if no arrangements are made otherwise, is it assumed that common payment practices are in place, i.e., payment due at time of delivery of transcript or within a reasonable time after receiving a bill for same, (say 30 - 45 days)

PLEASE NOT THAT I DO NOT WISH TO OFFEND WOMEN. I just want to know what you think about this. I think that these are the main things that lead to discord and fighting among humans in this world. Answering yes for women however is not going to decrease their status just like land and wealth is going to remain preciouse even if you agreee that it is cause of discord. What else do you think leads to war besides these things and religion?

Clinton walked in on an economy that was on a major upswing, and when he left it was on it's way down. Under Bush the American economy has added more than 6.3 million jobs since the fall of 2002, and Employment is near an all-time high. The unemployment rate (4.6 percent) is well below the average for each of the PAST FOUR DECADES. Home ownership is at a record high. Real disposable personal income has risen almost 14 percent since President Bush took office; and core inflation rose just 2.3 percent over the past 24 months. The Dow Jones industrial average has risen from under 7300 in 2002 to around 14,000 for most of this year. Tax revenues are at an all-time high, and so is total household net worth. We really need to look for news in other places than our liberal mainstream media. They will NEVER give you the truth about ANY Republican.
