In order to vote, you must be a citizen of the United States. If you are born in the states you learn English in school, and if you come here from another country you must learn to read and speak English before becoming a citizen. Therefore, if every eligible voter should be able to speak English, why are ballots available in Spanish?

I haven't had time to look into this at the depth I'd like to, but this is the latest Clinton scandal. This is the scandal that right-wing radio should be talking about, not the scandal from 1992. The roughcut trailer for "Hillary! Uncensored" - the documentary using exclusive home videos of Hillary to expose the illegalities that elected Hillary to the Senate and the obstructions of justice that keep her there. (www.hillcap.org) and (www.peterfpaul.com) to be released on November 1, 2007 by Equal Justice Foundation of America.

Do you secretly admire Islamic violence? I'm so tired of Christians Boo Hooing about how rough they have. Please. You and the Muslims are violent peas from the same pod.
As I recall, when Sade O'Connor tore up a picture of the pope and told the truth about child abuse by Catholic Christians 10 years ago--she got thousands of death threats.

And I'm sure they won't be able to hit the report button fast enough for me telling the truth about them.

The invasion of Iraq was said to be retalliation against Saddam and his role in 9/11. It since established he had no part. Most of the 9/11 terrorists came from Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Yet we did not invade there or try and execute King Fahd. I have heard that since the First Iraq War, almost 2 million Iraqis have died from war, civil war, starvation, lack of medical care. Cost to the US has esceeded 500 Billion dollars. We could have a nice national health care system for a fraction of that. Nearly 4,000 Americans killed, 28,000 wounded and more than 160,000 have applied for VA pensions for disabilities. And instead of Democracy, the result is that we are empowering a fundamentalist type of Islam like exists in Iran. I still rellish the picture of Rumsfield kissing Saddam in 1989 when he was our ally against Iran.

Ron Paul. There are several issues I have with him, but I have issues with all the other candidates too. But I am sick of the failures of both parties which are controlled by the 20% wacko lefties and 20% right wingnuts I think we need to have a major change in our political thinking.

As an undecided voter, would you consider Ron Paul?

Please, no answers from those who know they will vote for either the ultimate Republican or Democratic nominee.

Help, I need a short answer of at least 3 complete sentences for this question. I'd appreciate it very much, and I will pick a best answer of course for your help. Thanks :)

although a democracy is based on freedom of expression, most people recognize the need to allow the government to exercise control over such things as false and misleading advertisements of illegal products, Is the banning of cigarette advertising on television consistent with these necessities?

We were having dinner with some friends the other night and the wife said that even though she is a conservative and does not agree with Hillary, she will vote for her because it's time to have a woman as president.

So the question is, "Are you likely to vote for Hillary simply because she is a woman."

Please give a simple yes or no followed by an M or F for your sex and then you age, please. And then if you wish you can expound upon this.

For example:

Y F 28

I was rear ended by a minor. I had back pain for a few months. Since I had mono at the time the ER gave me a CAT Scan to make sure my spleen was ok. My medical bills are running about $6500. They paid those, but claim they should not have to pay for the CAT scan. They paid $1800 to fix my car. They are offering $1,900 for pain and suffering. I have spoken with lawyers, they say I should sue; but say they will not make enough money to be worth it. Small claims court will hit the cap if I go there. Am I being greedy? Should I go to court and represent myself? Any other suggestions? I have talked the company up as much as they are willing to go and am getting nowhere. Any suggestions or just settle?

I know that every branch of the military must go through the tear gas chamber but I have heard different techniques for this activity.

In a video I saw on the ARMY, it seems as though they enter, do jumping jacks, then the drill sargent talks to them, then someone taps them on the shoulder. They take off their mask, say their information, then put their mask back on. As they are leaving the room, they are instructed to remove their masks again as the leave.

I read this about the NAVY:
Inside the Chamber, you and about 100 other recruits will line up, and put on a gas mask while a tear gas bomb is lit. You'll be ordered to remove your mask and put it in the trash can, while reciting your full name and social security number. (Do you walk out afterwards like in the ARMY or remain in the room w/out mask on?)

Any tips on how to have "survive" this ordeal (other than PAY ATTENTION TO ALL INSTRUCTIONS.)

This is honest-to-God my only fear of boot camp...fear of the unknown....
