has anyone heard anything about this on cnn. I have been hearing that a lot of people who are in prison, based on some kind of law will get time cuts, is this true, if so can someone direct e to the link, of provide add, info thanks

Question: Was Dice-K Matsuzaka worth $100 millions/6 years? Is he really better than Hideo Nomo?

Question Details: I’m not an expert on baseball, but I heard that Dice-K is supposed to be the best pitcher for his generation in Japan and the most expensive Japanese baseball player who came to MLB ($100/5 years including negotiation fee.). After watching his pitching last night (and the whole season ERA4.4), I don’t think he is better than Hideo Nomo at his prime. Or am I missing something? (Although much better than Igawa) RedSox should've used $100M to get a Cy Young winner instead.
