Im 18 white male arrested in south jersey currently living in suburbs of philly. First time ever being arrested. Best lawyer in county on drugs was on the show apprantice. Cop also said i was very cooperatve and was willing to work with me. Please Help!

Was also told by lawyer and cop that if i do get put on anything it will be a program. only thing I really want and need to avoid is drug testing could care less what else they give me.

For a 1st offense, as long as you are not convicted of sales, you will most likely get probation. Probation almost always includes drug testing, even in cases that do not involve drugs. Sorry bud. Oh ya, the PO will stand there and watch you pee, he will hold it if need be. So, if you are thinking you can trick the test, don't bother. They will also test for those drinks and things that disguise drugs and if they find that, it is an automatic fail. Your only option is to put down the pipe, sorry.

Sounds like the best sentence would be drug treatment with a drug testing requirement.
