Yes it does.

Freedom of speech does not mean that the government can not regulate that speech to a certain degree. The government has a duty to protect the ppl. That is where the cigarette commercial regulation comes into play... not because of adults btw, but because children watch television.

You seem the same thing with certain types of television (adult material) not being allowed during 'prime-time' hours.

There is no federal ban of cigarette advertising on television. This ban was done by TV industry.

If an Israeli wants to go to Jordan..he just get in his car and drives to Jordan If a West Bank Palestinian want to go to Jordan..he has to leave his car..go through tons of checkpoints,stops security checks and other similar humiliating and time wasting very exhausting stuff. That's only one example of the apartheid state of Israel's doings
