My friend is married to a woman who has not been granted her stay in the Uk. He has just rang me and said that his wife was arrested for working ileagally by obtaing false documents from the Home office she would not have stolen them they must fake or somthing.. Although they dont live together for a few years she told him that she was permitted to work part time he had know knowlege that she was doing this at all. what can he do or say to the police. She is a very nice person who just wanted to work. what should my friend do about his wife as they were still on good terms but lived apart because of her son made his life hell

My wife just left a company that paid for her relocation. She was not happy with the position and went to another company. Her contract was concerning relocation expenses, but the company has requested those expenses and the wages she was paid during the entire employment.

i'm sorry, but when I see cubans,mexicans and iraqi, families, come into the united states, to support their families and have a new and better life, and The US deports them, I would cry,

I find this very cruel, families have no place to go! They can't find jobs, they can't support their children! I want to cry.

Why are they restricting Aliens from working and getting jobs?

I work in the kitchen at a hospital. We have a hospital wide program that rewards current employees if they are put down as a reference on new employees applications. After they are hired we get a $100 bonus. I recently got someone hired, and I don't know if I should take my money and be thankful, or if I should split it with the person who put me down as a reference. The new employees don't get any type of sign on bonus. (If that makes a differnce in your answer) Also, if you think I should give them part, how much should I give them?

BBC World service says that the police who shot Menezes used 'specialised' bullets designed to 'instantly incapacitate' rather than pass straight through.
I may be wrong, but I thought soft nosed bullets were no longer accepted and I live in a country where most of the police force is armed.
Surely if you fire on someone, the purpose is to incapacitate. Since armed police in the UK are supposed to be specially trained, then it should be possible to incapacitate the target without killing him and without using 'specialised' bullets.

Have You ever heard anybody or know anybody that has join the Air Force and had Asthma?

I am Asking this because i have asthma and i want to join the air force to become an Airline Pilot.

I do not have severe Asthma and my asthma is not as bad. i do carry around an inhaler (a pump) but i do not use it unless i am sick. for an example: when i have a fever, a flu, etc. my asthma starts up and i have to use it, other than that i dont use my asthma pump and i know that my asthma would not interfere when i am in the air force. so how can i prove it to them, is there a physical exercise test i can take to prove it to them. who do i talk to. i talk to many recruiters and they said that i have to talk to one of the recruiters in my area but none of the recruiters pick up the phone when i call. if some one can help me i appreciate it.
