is it okay to kill my 3 month old baby because they are a burden to me, and my body? According to the logic of some pro-abortion people out here, that should not be a problem.

What do we overlook as a resource or solution for shaping a better future? Is there something we have lost sight of? Some solution that can serve other purposes? Give us your thoughts!

If two men live together as a "couple" for 5 years in a state like CT,NJ,MA, or Rhode Island, and they break up. Can the person left behind sue for alimony and/or 1/2 the other persons pension as in a "common law" marriage? This couple did not sign a civil union or get married, but the person left behind cannot afford the place on their own salary. Can this person file desertion charges to get support from the other to maintain their current standard of living?

if someone is charged with a sexual assault is the charge kept on their police files and will social workers have a record of this also, and if someone is aquitted in a magistrates court for the same offence why would the cps say that it would have been a different outcome in a crown court. and if I wanted to complain about court ushers and a defendants solicitor were would i start to complain. I have the site up for legal complaints service but it only seems to be regarding a solicitor representing yourself rather than a defendants solicitor. I would like replies from anyone in the legal profession if possible. and finally is there any country in the world that states a victims feelings and rights will come before a defendants and does anyone know if you can emigrate there. rule britania my **se british justic a farce.

where I can look up the serial number to see if its been stolen? I called the local police precinct but they said they couldn't help me unless I brought in the gun. I can't bring it in with out buying it first and then I'd be out all that money if it were stolen.

Heard on the news earlier that 2 of O.J.'s co-defendents have reached plea agreements with prosecutors and will testify against O.J.

Do the authorities not realize who they are dealing with? This is O. J. Simpson------a great sports hero! He's already been thru hell when his wife was murdered and then he was falsely accused. Hasn't O.J.been thru enough? When will "the Man" leave him alone?

I filed a year ago for divorce and we've still not even signed a settlement agreement. He has not paid the mortgage which is resulting in foreclosure of our home in three weeks, he has not paid our school taxes and they are due today, he has not done our last year's income taxes yet, he has made himself virtually invisible to our two grown children. I've missed work due to mental anguish, and now due to the pending foreclosure, my credit rating which wasn't half bad is now shot. He has not contributed to any of the household expenses nor given me a single cent since this started one year ago. I make one quarter of what he makes. Can I sue him for any of this? His lawyer drags her feet as much as possible it seems and isn't working with him much. My lawyer waits for them to answer. Thank you in advance. New York State is my location.
Oh, and he has not lived in the house since Feb. of this year...he is living with his girlfriend.

Over 2 million out of a population of 300 million. More than China, whch has a population of 1.2 BILLION. More than India, with a population of 1 billion.

A bigger percentage than Cuba, North Korea, or Iraq under Saddam Hussein. Bigger than any Arab oil sheikdom. Bigger than zionist Israel. Bigger than Venezuela, Libya, or Chile under either Pinochet OR Allende. Bigger than South Africa, either under apartheid OR today.

Do you think that all of these people deserve to be behind bars? If so, what is it about the USA that causes its people to be criminally-inclined?

If they don't all deserve it, what is it about the USA that makes it oppress its people so much?

Why does the USA have the largest prison population of any country in the world?

when he said there were around 36 countries supporting the war in Iraq?

I mean, Canada, for example has 1 soldier they are withdrawing and the same goes for New Zealand?

England is withdrawing all troops by next summer.

Other countries have sent around 100 soldiers or so.

How many of ours are over there? 168,000!

With numbers like that, can Bush honestly tell the American people we are getting "support?"

Sure the US is the richest country in the world, largely because of its "defense" spending and limited corporate control. Of all industrialized countries in the world, the US has the greatest gap between the rich and the poor. I think a primary reason for this gap is because we're also taxed the least compared to other first-world countries. So, do you believe the majority of Americans benefit from such concentrated wealth?

Having visited other countries like Canada, I felt a lot safer in downtown Vancouver than let's say, Los Angeles. Most of us are pretty aware of our crime and poverty-stricken areas surrounding us. I think it's time to increase social spending--something we could actually benefit from our taxes.

"No, it wasn’t. It says here that it was a small detachment of the 36th Infantry that accepted Goering’s surrender. It also lists the personnel involved. Maybe some of these G.I.s are still around. Les Leggett is one of the few people still alive who was there when Goering arrived at Fischhorn castle."

When it comes to uber addictive drugs like Cocaine and Meth that hook people on their first try-Is it really logical to say that if there wasn't a demand for the drug then the drug problem would go away....

Pushers are called pushers for a reason...they offer and pressure impressionable people into "just trying it" and that creates addicts... Addicts are demand and continue the cycle.

So if the supply is the source of the demand isn't the real solution to get rid of the supply first while reducing the demand at the same time?
