I'm just trying to figure out how long my friend will be away. She went back to prison on a violation of parole for not reporting to her parole officer the last time she was released. She has no new charges, just the violation of parole. Can anyone give me some kind of answer?

Normally it's the time remaining on the original sentence!

Generally it is for whatever remained on their sentence when paroled. If they violated parole by breaking a law (possession, stole a car, robbed a bank, etc.) that will be adjudicated seperately and pretty much guarantees they will complete the first sentence.

he would be arrested, there in no state that isn't take him into custody, he's a fugitive and in maximum states he will have a “No Bond” warrant, so he would be locked up until a decide or the parole board (depending on which state it is) comes to a decision what they are going to do. i'm going to help you be attentive to, get him to teach himself in, the court/ parole board will look favorably on that, if he gets caught on his warrant….. assume his parole to be revoked. there remains a life like possibility they are going to revoke besides, yet he could desire to get hit with decrease than he gets in any different case. this would possibly not pass away, there is not any statute of obstacles, sometime he gets picked up, the faster the greater advantageous, for him.

He may get more time for violating parole, depending on what he did to violate the parole. It also depends on his maximum time he received for his crime.
