So here is the deal--I have 4 years active duty and 2 "good" years in the National Guard. I have been working for 2 years at the VA as a part-time (paid) GS-9 and I am going back on active duty in about a year. Do I get some type of half-credit toward retirement added to my RPAS?

The fanatics in Congress have voted through warmongering legislation. In the house, only 16 voted no. Among the few sane members of Congress who voted against committing more war crimes is one of the usual suspects, Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX14). Paul's fellow opponent of mass murder, Dennis Kucinich was not voting. See how your politician voted @ http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2007/roll895.xml

In the Senate, there was a worse piece of crap passed. McCain and Obama didn't vote. Hillary "the next Neo-Con" Clinton voted for it. Notable Nos included Biden, Dodd, Feingold, Hagel, Kennedy, and Kerry. With the extremists in Washington trying to warmonger with Iran at this very moment, how can we stop them? The safety of the United States and stability of the Middle East is at risk, thanks to these moronic Neo-Cons.

If we don't want illegals in our country, and the illegals don't want to go back to Mexico, can we ship them to Canada and Alaska? That way both sides win!!

Now I am not hater and I will vote for whoever I believe in the most. I have watched the debate and Hillary's a great speaker. It seems as if she may win. Even if America does not support her she is strong she may get the electoral votes and that's way more important than the people's votes. I like her. What is your opinion? No immature put down comments bc I said mature answers. Most of us are adults and we should act like one. Please be fair...I will respect if you decide to favor another candidate bc everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thank you for your time!!!!

My husband, daughter (Ashley - 2 1/2 years) and I have been living with my husband's grandfather for approximately 5 months now. Ever since we have lived here, he is completely obsessed with Ashley. He is forever saying "Ashley, come and sit on my lap". I'm talking 5 times a day!

When Ashley has been sitting around naked in front of her great grandfather, he would have a funny look in his eyes and would smile and stuff at her. On 1 occasion, he was sitting on the lounge & she was laying on her tummy in front of him and he kept smacking her bottom.

He is always commenting about her when she's nude etc and is always having a look. I know that if there's a naked child running around, you don't go out of your way and "look" if you know what I mean? So what's the story about the defamation? Well I told him to his face that he was a perve and is always looking at Ashley. Husband has seen him looking.

Now he says he is going to sue me for defamation cos he says I called him a pedo.

Police in New York city develop new techniques for dealing with the DUFUS DRIVER
Cloudy headlights are a national problem. People notice when you pull up with clouded headlights on your car. Your friends won`t tell you cause they need the ride. Foggy headlights makes the driver look "DUFUS". Ford denies responsibility in contributing to the problem claiming " quality is job one".
The police decided it was best to develop a tactical approach to dealing with DUFUS drivers

NOTICE HANDED OUT AT ROLL CALL
1. THE DUFUS DRIVER IS VERY EXCITABLE.
Do not confuse him by asking questions like: Do you have a drivers license? Just ask him to step out of the vehicle.

2. THE DUFUS DRIVER WILL BECOME IMMEDIATLY DISORIENTED IF YOU ASK HIM WHERE HE IS GOING.
Don't ask,... you already know he's going to jail.

Are there other things people do in their cars that should be defined as DRIVING WHILE DUFUS?

when you suggest for them to look at paul they say he is extreme. there is nothing wrong with going back in the direction he wants to take us. in case you conservatives haven't noticed, we have been going in the wrong direction for about 20 years. we had bush with a republican house and sentate for 5 years and couldn't close the borders, even after 9/11. what are you conservatives looking for? more of the same or real change. if you say you want real change from the status quo of lobbyists and illegals, and open ended war, you need to really at least consider ron paul. the military supports ron paul more than any other candidate. he receiced 49.5% of the total campaign contributions from the military. the cia's head of bin laden unit, michael sheurer says ron paul has the right view on the war on terror. he is the only man that understands the treat we face from terrorists.

If Washington D.C. was predominately white they would have been all for it. Hundreds of thousands of black constituents have no one to represent them. This is how much Republicans think of minorities. When Democrats take over the White House in 2009 this will go before a vote again and pass. Abraham Lincoln would be ashamed of what his party has become.

I keep hearing how if bush is pinned in a no-win situation something bad will go down. Bush can't afford any investigations and now look at this http://www.opednews.com/articles/genera_alan_mil_070922_seven_cia_veterans_c.htm

this seems like bush is cornered. I am a little scared about this. Could Bush really do something catastrophic?

Basically the assignment is for students to wear a hijab for a day and then write a report on that assignment. The assignment is not for males or other muslims that wear in the class but just womyn in the class room. Does this violate the law in any way or is it justified to ask your students to do so? (Just a reminder this is a womyn studies class in college).

Does that mean he lied under oath then beat the jury with a stick because they didn't believe him. What a strange term. What is it?
