Example: A landlord who doesn't fix the Air Conditioner unit leading to the death of an elderly person during a heat wave.

LET US SAY YOU DRIVE A CAR THAT SWERVES ACROSS THE CENTER LINE AND HIT AN ON COMING CAR AND KILLS THE DRIVER YOU HAVE A WRONGFUL DEATH FILED AGAINST YOU BY THE OTHER PARTIES ESTATE--YOU CAUSE THE DEATH BUT IT WAS NOT A PREMEDITATED ACT THAT YOU DID IT WAS A WRONGFUL DEATH.

It is a death that could have easily been preventable or is someones fault due to an accident.

It's supposedly when the negligence of one party leads to the death of another. However you die when God says it's your time, no matter what any human does with their hands.
