The fanatics in Congress have voted through warmongering legislation. In the house, only 16 voted no. Among the few sane members of Congress who voted against committing more war crimes is one of the usual suspects, Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX14). Paul's fellow opponent of mass murder, Dennis Kucinich was not voting. See how your politician voted @ http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2007/roll895.xml

In the Senate, there was a worse piece of crap passed. McCain and Obama didn't vote. Hillary "the next Neo-Con" Clinton voted for it. Notable Nos included Biden, Dodd, Feingold, Hagel, Kennedy, and Kerry. With the extremists in Washington trying to warmonger with Iran at this very moment, how can we stop them? The safety of the United States and stability of the Middle East is at risk, thanks to these moronic Neo-Cons.

i don't undergo in concepts what Clinton had to assert on the subject of the pupil insurrection in Iran in 1999. i don't undergo in concepts each and every individual waiting for him to make a assertion approximately it. Obama isn't idealistic approximately democracy. the version between the two Iranian applicants grow to be in the significant different and youngsters freedoms of the voters there and not in how worldwide affairs are dealt with because of the fact the genuine chief of Iran will in no way exchange till he dies. In that regard, Obama grow to be precise. there is little distinction between the two the place it consists of family members with something of the international. Obama basically confirmed he cares little on the subject of the every day lives of the Iranians. He did desire Iran to be attentive to that the international is watching how they cope with the protesters nevertheless. I could desire to provide him credit for that.

Good God!!!! You think of Iran's current dictatorship as a democracy? Now, I can understand someone not wanting this country to commit to further military action, but you go to far! I got news for you pal, the cold war in Europe may be over, but the middle east has been host to hot and cold running war for as long as anyone can remember, even middle easterners. You appear to have what is politely known as a "very narrow view". That or you are just blind and deaf. You seem to have missed all the speeches where they have declared themselves the blood enemy of the U.S. and ALL IT STANDS FOR! ALL, by the way, mean the good and the bad, including, but not limited to, your way of life too.

We {the US} already owe those turbanhead mullahs payback for commiting an act of war by invading our embassy and holding our people hostage for 444 days. Had Gutless Wonder Carter actually upheld his oath of office, Iran would be a true democracy by now, or a glowing in the dark parking lot. I prefer the latter !\

You sound like on of those terrorist sympathizers I need to see in my scope crosshairs...stand still, will ya ?

The U.S.'s safety isn't at risk on either side of the argument. But, if Iran decides to keep it's agenda of building nuclear power that they clearly don't, as a large world oil producer, then they will get more than they bargained for. Can you say "duck and cover?"

Since when is Iran a democracy? I know Iran "claims" to be a democracy, but it's a little hard to be democratic when there is only one candidate and voters are killed or imprisoned for not voting for said candidate. Iran is supplying weapons to the Iraqi insurgents, what should we do? Allow them to keep supplying combatants with weapons that will be used against our troops?

Contact the politicians who support the measure and let them know that you oppose it and will not vote for any politician who does (I was surprised to see that my congressman, David Wu, who is usually pretty good on issues like this, voted for it). Note that Iranian dissidents oppose such attacks on their country, and believe that it hurts their efforts to make the country more democratic and less repressive.

Iranian Democracy??? What planet do you live on??

Iran is ruled by a despotic Theocracy. The Ayatollahs, who have perverted the Islamic faith for their own political and personal ends, rule all aspects of Iranian life.

I am sorry my Iranian friend but it looks like your goose is cooked.

You best bet is to pray to your god that it is the US that bombs you. I would say bombs you back into the stone ages, but you are already there. The US is a bit more gentle then the Israelis, they will kill all of you without even pretending to care. At least Americans will PRETEND to care.

Even the French want a piece of you, no telling what they might do; they are in serious of a win

The best thing to do for Iranian democracy would be to absolutely and completely destroy the current government. Pretending that a bunch of islamists fascists is good descent democracy loving people is typical of liberals. Always making friends with dictators and THUGS.
