Unless you are a criminal you should be elated that your country is keeping track of riffraff in our country! Are you a criminal? If not you are a moron then!

Ok, tonight is just one of these crazy nights and you people are all mad....wait a minute, is there a full moon out?? So, freedom in America is being slowly taken away is it? Perhaps it is, but look at what we have and what they don't have in other countries and compare us to them. The laws of our country must change as they need to keep up with an ever changing world. New laws help to reinforce old ones. Older laws may need to be dropped, or revamped a little. The world changes and so do the people that live in it. We have different circumstances and newer crimes than we did in the past...this is just the way it is, so deal with it. I would think that you would be more concerned about all those "un -registered" inmates instead, but if they are inmates, then they are not someone on the outside that I really have to worry about now , are they? I think you are just a little neurotic about the government looking at YOUR emails, and what YOU are doing online, and worrying about YOUR privacy. You really need to get a grip on it....I mean, what do you do or just how interesting are you to our government that you feel that they have a need to watch over YOUR stuff?! Please, I haven't laughed like this in a long time. Guard Dog

i think an interesting question would be, "do americans need a tighter leash?" the answer to me is yes!
i think that the governent is really proud of the fact that america is the country of great freedom for the people: following tradition of the original thought of freedom of the people and carrying that out the ages. howevery i think now the government is concerned that americans have turned into children, teenagers who know how to trick and manipulate, do what ever it is to get to the wild party for big fun.

we as a people really look for the loopholes in the law to suit our personal endevours. we know we have the right to sue the city if we know the law and how to take advantage of it. there are thousands of fraud cases every year and people make a living of our potholes in our street knowing at the end of the day they will come home with a ridiculous court win amount. pedifiles get away with someof the things they do because the right procol was not taken in when the police have collected the info from their homes. like no warrent to search the property so, they get off due to technicalities. so i think we americans just love the loopholes in our law and just take advantage.

those that i listed is just a spec on a paper of what is going on. you mentioned that we should focus on the prisoners online activity well, we already have them. there are a lot of people who are worse lawbreakers out in the free world then some in prison, believe that.

i think if your not guilty then so what if the fbi or whom ever is looking in my online folders/accounts. i would be happy that they can see that i'm no risk. i dont mind if there are too many camera's out in the street withour every move being recorded. i'm not planning to rob people. infact i think that i appriciate that i know that i'm safe and being watched for my own benefit. i would ask why are those americans who put up a big stink about their privacy rights, i would wonder what the heck are they up to.

about a year ago just up the street from me terrorist were living close by. they got busted. so yes they were under a watchful eye and thank god for that.

i think that the laws need to be more sealed tight with no loopholes and we need to have some of our rights taken away only to get back civilized mature people and to reinstated law and order. then maybe we americans can eventually have our freedom back.

as i said we americans are like spoiled kids who know how to manipulate the parents (government) so the government have to be the parents and take up the reins.

this is my oppinion

hope you liked it

Excuse me ??? Tell that to the parent's whose children have been lured away. Tell it to the terrorists who use the Internet illegally to find ways to commit jihad against us. Most of us don't even want war! Tell that to a person who's being stalked over the Internet. Look, I feel you. But this is an unlimited frontier and so many things are working against you than for you. If you are not doing anything illegal, like downloading porn (any kind), or giving out info that you know could be harmful to self, family, friends or country. You are not by yourself. Always remember that on the Internet, someone is out to get you and there is someone out there protecting the rights that you have now....

Wow, what a fantastic question. I just realized that bush might be actually smarter than we think? If no freedom, then they would not attack us ? lol So bush wants to take the damn problem causing freedom away, it's a smart strategy for him, why fighting them, just kill their interest in US , no more freedom !? lol And for Illegal Immigration issues, use the same trick, now why do people cross the borders, $$$ is the answer, so destroy the economy and devalue US $, then they run like hell south bond direction !? The man could be a genius ? Regards.

Hello All.

I think what the young man is trying to say is eventually there Will only be one law.

"Anything not forbidden is mandatory".

Those of you who get that little (sexual?) gleam in your eye with each and every new and restrictive law passed, what do you think the lawmakers are going to do when they finish screwing around with all the easy targets, pull their pants up and go home?

" Woe be to those on whom the eyes of the powerful fall upon."

Looked over your own shoulder lately?

Can you spell Stalin, Hitler or Mussolini?

Where does it end?

Think about it. . . .

Regards,

Lenny.

Yes, and to those who think it's a good idea, The powerful is using it to take advantage of people. Cover up their abuses.

I think we all need to do more research about what is even legal or a crime anymore.
It sure is coming at us fast. I don't think we know half of what is going on.

It was being done slowly a few years ago. Now it's FAST. Do Something!

More freedom or more security?

I would prefer both.

Can it happen? I hope so.
