so the petitioner is the opposing party. i went in all my document as the respondent to the family courts then i get a letter about the lack of services . it really dont say much except they notified the petition party of the above deficiencies ay the time of filing and the submitting party may either correct the noted are they may submit the documents which will be reviewed by the office judge for final decision, if judge deides the the court cannot process the document the said document will be returned to the petitioning party.

He didn't serve you correctly and he didn't have the materials properly notarized. It may well be that he had you served but the person who did the service didn't have the return of service notarized (that's what it sounds like, anyways).

One hint is that when you ask questions this involved, try to use capitals and punctuation; it is much easier to read and you'll get mroe accurate answers.

Anytime you get any paperwork from him, make sure you file an answer or response IMMEDIATELY. Also, most of the time 'jurisdiction' is the location where the kids reside....so you could argue in your responses that the kids have always lived with you so that his court has no jurisdiction (once he gets his paperwork straight, anyways).

You could also file in your jurisdiction.

When there is no service of any notice to the other party or when the document has no notarial seal or no title of the notarial officer, there is no document to talk about because it is as treated as a piece of paper without valid effect.
