our early presidents even said that if the goverment was to infringe on your freedoms then we should revolt and take our country back. it doesnt really seem like a country for the people and by the people anymore. it seems like a "lets get richer while the working class slaves for our dollar". type of government now. have you ever realized that the people that care most about our country are the people that have no other options but to either work in a factory or join the millitary. its none of the rich peoples kids that join because they dont feel that they should because they allready got the money they want. whose goverment officials kid joined and is in iraq right now? no ones. our country is protected by the working class and by the lower class and these are people that have not even begun to see any thanks by the government. whats wrong here? the rich get richer and the poor get poorer but no one cares about the people that give their lives for the safty of others.

What is the point of the government banning so many things when few people take any notice,I happen to agree with not using mobiles at the wheel , but everyday i see drivers still using them. Having isufficient trained police is the problem so passing new laws is a waist of time if they cant be enforced, to much talk and no action.

I am taking my former employer to tribunal for unfair dismissal, i am representing myself and they have said that i walked out of my job after conversation by phone - do i have the right to request that they provide copy of phone bill to prove that no call existed? Previously on advice of ACAS i wrote to them asking what the position was about my job, posted the letter in box but they say they never got the letter.

we have a 5000 years of glorious / not so glorious past. But that was never india as a whole. Technicaly India was formed and beacame a republic only on 26 Jan 1950. prior to there were small, minor and some big kingdoms. Mughals were the rulers of most of such kingdom just prior to a few Britshers conquered MUghals Army. in 1947 the Mughals got back their kingdom ( technically). therefore we ought not to celebrate 15 aug 1947 as our day of independence. are you with me?

if a person was charged but was dismissed because new evidence showed someone else was guilty of the alleged crime., and was dismissed without prejudice, why would it be on his record. Is this grounds for lawsuit? It has been reason for a number of rejected employment apps. And have proof of this by mailed letters from Wal mart and others stating because of charges of violent crimes.

Dear legal luminaries

Advice only as per Indian law:

One of the Society President indulged in violation of bye-laws blatantly. But he is being supported by 9 out of 22 EC members who are his friends and own relatives.

I have the the proof on three occasions, for violation of bye laws by the President and same being supported by his men.

My intention is to break the monopoly, blatant violation of bye laws, fiefdom and autocracy just bcos of having own people as members and also in the EC (executive committee), by moving the court to get a stay against the President and his coterie from contesting the forth coming election. Do i have sufficient grounds to take up this fight??

Only legally qualified persons answer pls-- as I do want directions to proceed with it accordingly. Others can advice if consulted w/advocate. This is not a Q for askng sake but an incident in real life.

I will take up the case in Chennai.

Thanks in adv for the persons who are going to guide me.

I want to immigrate to America by next year. I want to know, in your opinion, which state is the most favorite in order to live. I mean from different aspects such as beauty, low living costs, amusement parks, the style of life, having kindly people , having beautiful beaches...

To put in a nutshell, if you could transfer all your family members and close friends to an American state to live beside them, which state will be your first choice and why?
