my wife left me 2 months ago , we live in new york, how does this child support situation work , is my wife able to file for child support for one child with the courts unless we have a separation agreement in tack, basically my question is dont we have to be legally separated for her to collect child support, also how do i go about filing a legal separation for a divorce

I passed my driving test in 2004, lost it for 2 speeding offences in 2006, each 3 points - (the law states that if you get 6 points within the first 2 years, you have to reapply for provisional etc...) - so i passed my test again in 2006. On the back of my new driving licence, it says 2004 as the pass date -how long do I tell my insurance company i've had my licence?? 1 year or 3?

I haven't been listening to Rush, because my job is more demanding lately. But what I do know is this. Many of you Rush haters aren't listening to him. Instead you get quotes and sound bites from places like media matters. You let a far left wing organization sell you on a point and give you sound bites taken out of context. I know this is true from the times I have listened to Rush.
For instance, as someone who agrees with Rush much of the time, I would surely be labeled as a racist along with Rush, according to media matters. Yet, my children are half Mexican and my grandchildren will be half Black. That would mean I would have to hate my own family.
As long as you get your news from sources who will lie to you you'll never get to the truth.
Sure you disagree with him, so what. Imagine if you couldn't find a news program on TV that you agreed with.

Recently lethal injections were halted while the courts debate whether convicts suffer during the last few minutes of their lives. I tend to concern myself with how the victims were often made to suffer at the hands of some of these monsters. A clinical injection seems already more humane than they deserve. Am I off base here?

Well the sides seem to be already Chosen.
Usa is backed up strong Countries such as Uk, France, and Germany. Israel is not a big fan of Iran either.

Iran however, Is allied with Russia, China, Syria and Possibly Japan [Recent Negotiations]

Asian Countries are not keen on supporting America and will do whatever they can to stop it from Growing more stronger.

To a liberal, giving every child born on USA soil (this includes illegal parents) $5000, sounds like a great way to start a new life. The flaw, to those who don't choose to drink Hillary's Kool Aid, is where is this $5000 coming from? Of course it's tax-payers.

If this isn't a clear case of re-distribution of wealth and Euro-Trash socialism, then Bill Clinton is not an adulterer.

Clearly, this is socialism but liberals who support Hillary's socialist plan, can't come out of the closet and admit they are socialists?

My dad was attacked on our property by a neighbour today. IT TOOK 5 emergancy phone calls and 4 hours for the police to come!
I think this is somewhat unaccpetable!!!

IN the meantime , the 4 hours that passed , the attacker was able to fabricate a story saying that my father attacked him first and he acted in self defence , and he got 4 of his friends to come down to his house and to be his so called "witnesses".

Given how much hatred for illegal aliens has been expressed on this board, I was wondering how many of you think illegal immigrants should be killed? Several people have said that the U.S. should build a minefield along the border with Mexico. Several others have also said that anyone found to be in the U.S. illegally should be instantly shot. Rather strange, since most people rant about how inhumane it is to use the Death Penalty on murderers and rapists. Do you support a policy like this, such as having a mine field on the border, stationing troops on the border to shoot anyone trying to enter the U.S., or perhaps a policy of immediately shooting anyone found to be in the U.S. illegally? And if so, do you really think that illegal aliens are as dangerous (or more dangerous than) murderers?

apparently , we are not allowed to smoke in our own cars anymore , this surley is a breach of our human rights . Anyone know the legality of this ? My car is taxed under plg , PRIVATE light goods , surley private means just that .
