I missed the link in my last question. My question got lost in debate about Kent State. I am not talking about 40 years ago. I'm talking about today. Yahoo killed the link. Here's the actual link:

assuming that osama bin laden were actually captured- not killed on the battlefield- he'd presumably be tried in a federal court in the US; i'm a little confused since, though of course this might happen, how under the law can you prosecute someone who's not an american citizen, as he's clearly not; doesn't the constitution and federal statues apply to american citizens only? i'm just trying to understand how the process works. thanks.

Malls have been allowed to come up. Ahmedabad seems to be worst. 3 kM road, mall floor area exceeding million sq ft, have parking areas which may be barely sufficient for their staff. Visitors parking cars at quarrel prone are and blocking other properties as, traffic snarls high, waiting for explosive road rages. It appears all for MALL PANI for regulators. First make money in giving sanctions, then make money on elevated roads , further make money in permitting underground deep parking , then permit multilevel parking . Traffic police make money on tow away. Considering the aspects it appears AAAM- BANI (common voice or VOX POPULI) ire seems justified the one witnessed in UP. The statement says permission have been taken, so were the permission taken for UPHAR cinema but it was all by giving uphaar( gifts) . who suffered ask next of victims

Taxation with Representation: Any body who is taxed being represented in the governing force that is forcing taxes upon the average citizens.

I say, those under eighteen in American are being taxed in an illegal manner. Under the age of 18, American citizens should not be forced to pay taxes because they are not given the ability to vote for representation. In the simplest terms, this is a modern day case of Taxation w/o Representation. Why should a minor be forced to pay when the minor's voice is often ignored and never plays an immediate role in politics? I say why should I have to pay a government, why should I pay my taxes!? No person or body should be able to take my money without my consent or say as to what happens. If I can't vote then I shouldn't pay.

What do you think?

my dad didnt pay his bills and owes about 14k in debt. today a sheriff and someone else maybe a lawyer came over to my older brothers house to serve a subpoena. my brother has the same name as my father except he is junior and my father is senior.

why would a sheriff and someone else go to my brothers house and not my fathers house when the collection agency and bill collectors know where my father live since they send all the bills over to my fathers address?

why would a sheriff serve the subpoena or come along to serve a subpoena? does this mean my father could go to jail if he doesnt pay his bills? i thought the worst that could happen if someone doesnt pay their bills is wage garnishment?

what happens when my father goes to court for the subpoena?

You have 12 people standing before a judge and they are all claiming to have seen a man that they knew and loved die a horific death, the public knowing of the claims, that this man will rise again in three days, sent an army of soldiers to guard his tomb in case someone wanted to steel his body, After 3 days these men all claimed that their friend came to them again alive and over came death. Even the soldiers could not understand how this could ever happen. but any ways these 12 men after talking to this person and knowing this person was confinced that He was the Son of God and even died for their belief. They were tortured and all they had to do is say it was a lie and they would be set free but they all refused. OK maybe you may get one insane person to do this but 12 people from all walks of lives were convinced of this man's resurrection. This isn't heresay they are eye witnesses. What would be your honest verdict?

so they think, anyway--to arrest someone? I was talking to one guy a while back who said that non-cop security guards have no right to even TOUCH someone, let alone arrest them! But then I've talked to 2 guards (who were from different places) who think they have some kind of right to arrest someone. Since WHEN? (But NO, they weren't talking about arresting ME, heheh!) Then how come this other guy could have sworn that they don't? Who's right, and why?

Hey, guys, will you check back every so often to see my responses to your answers, please?

Thanks,
Mike

A couple of hours ago I was bitten by a dog (German Shepard). I had to do something because we'd already ran the dog off twice for chasing the kids at this gathering. it came back and was chasing a little girl who was running and screaming and crying her mother was doing nothing so I ran out and grabbed the dog so that he wouldn't bite her or knock her down. He smelled my food in my opposite hand and tried to jump at me. I tried to lead it away from the children but when he failed to leave them alone and follow me out of our yard I grabbed him from behind the little girl again and thats when he latched onto my arm. I have 2 large and 2 medium sized puncture wounds as well as multiple scrapes. the two larger wounds have just stopped bleeding. The ownder's were not at home (or just wouldn't answer the door). The car in the yard had rims on it but no tag and there was no name on the mailbox. Should I take pictures, see a Dr., go back to their house? What?

Rep. Dennis Kucinich says he is so concerned
about what he sees as the Bush administration’s
push for a war with Iran that he is considering
using a parliamentary measure to force the
House of Representatives to vote on impeaching
Vice President Dick Cheney.

“We’re preparing for another war,
and they’re going to destroy America,”
he said Thursday on the Ed Schultz show.
“We have a government in place right now
that has to be challenged.
I’m seriously thinking about calling
a privileged resolution on impeachment
of the vice president and forcing a vote
on the floor of the House.”

A privileged resolution would force the full
House to debate about whether to proceed
with impeachment, but it remains unclear
precisely how, when or whether Kucinich
would be able to introduce such a resolution.

Some seemed to fall for his speech hook, line, and sinker. However, you forgot to read between the lines. When he said "there are no homosexuals in Iran" he really meant "there are not LIVE homosexuals in Iran."

Liberals seem pretty gullible these days. They walk around donning their tin foil hats and pointing blame at the government for anything from orchestrating 911 to creating category 5 hurricanes to ethnically cleanse New Orleans, most often based on a video they saw on You Tube made by bored college kids. ("Well, they said it on You Tube AND CNN so it MUST be TRUE!!"). Let us also not forget violent protests on nearly every college campus and downtown street of any major city.

United we stand, divided we fall. A civil war or broken government will make us unable to wage war against any other until it's resolved.

Knowing this, do you think his speech served no other purpose than to coerce the bleeding hearts to uprise against the government if we attack Iran?
