whether the neocons like it or not, 9-11 did not happen on Clinton's watch, it happened on bush's watch. They waited til Clinton was out of office because they were afraid of what he would do, they knew bush was too stupid to do anything right. so they waited for the moron, and what do you know they were right! He went and invaded a country that had nothing to do with 9-11 and Bin Laden is still a free man and still recruiting and training terrorist because bush hasn't even looked for him! Now we lack the ability to protect America from the real terrorist because bush wanted Iraq's oil and the profits from an oil war!

George Bush was tailored to become a President. He was against terrorism but was not able to stop 9/11 from happening. Anyway, he is catching up by fighting aggressively against terrorism.
