Assuming that the next president will be Hillary, it does not mean that there will be a Bush running in 2012. You could still keep the alternation with a Bush running in 2016. In any case, my memory says that neither of the daughters will be able to run before 2020. So if there is a Bush running in 2016, it will need to be from another branch of the Family Tree. Of course, Chelsea would be old enough in 2016 to just extend the Clinton era a little bit longer to allow the next generation of the Bush family to run in 2024.
No family in U.S. History has had three members win the Presidency. Neither of the Bush Administrations provide a reason why the Bush family should be the first to have three Presidents.

Actually it will be his brother in 2012. And watch out for his nephew in about 2024. Although it is hard to imagine that any Bush family member has much of a chance in the next 20 years or so.

There is no way Bush will let a female run... it would have to be some distant nephew or cousin or something.
