I am pretty certain this is the global warming culprit. Yes people do not help. but this cycle would exist with or without humans. it accounts for ice ages extinction etc.

we are currently at the end of the recent ice age. so things wil heat up. with this heat and polar ice melt, we can expect more water into the atmosphere. making more rain and more snow- contrary to what people assume about global warming. where else do you hink all that melted ice is going to go? so we wil have colder, wetter winters. But hotter longer summers as the earth nears the sun during it's summer phase of the eliptical.

thumbs down? for this?

whatever.

any way for some reason tis is not discussed much. I actually thing global warming as concept by humans- is a distraction. this is some agenda to ofer hope that we can fix globa warming when we can not it's out of our hands.

I'm sorry libbies , but you guys couch your answers and always stop short of saying 'What happens if the ones you're negotiating with won't agree to anything logical' ? -- What then ?
Nothing .
We never see you put forth what you would do in that situation .

And ya know .. .. . this is part of the cause of why so many people refer to you as weak , looney , appeasers , cowards , collaborators , lily-livered , anit-American , etc. etc .

Many see your candidates in the same light too .

So , exactly what would you expect our president, whoever that may be , to do when there is just no way to negotiate any further ?

In my daily report: "GN-50 CF 12, Tangos 3, 2 punts blocked, Iraqis blowout AQI 18-0" I give the highlights of Tuesday's action in Iraq.

While Tuesday was a bit slower than recent days, the US and Iraqi military continue to press the enemy.

While the media continues to concentrate on Blackwater, the good guys continue to fight an enemy that targets civilians.

Some will call it propaganda. I cannot help you. I can only report the facts of what is happening and ask you to demand that the media begin to cover it.

I got into a car accident back in January and the fault was technically mine. I thought everything to do with this matter had been laid to rest...until I received a warrant in debt last week in the amount of $15,000.00 I feel like I'm being taken for a ride here. Is my car insurance going to take care of this? I really don't know what I'm supposed to do. I certainly don't have 15,000 dollars nor do I think this woman deserves the money.

Bush: Strengthen eavesdropping law By DEB RIECHMANN, Associated Press Writer
16 minutes ago

FORT MEADE, Md. - President Bush said Wednesday that a law hastily passed in August to temporarily give the government more power to eavesdrop without warrants on foreign terror suspects must be made permanent and expanded.

for all you Bush fans: Do you feel safe yet, knowing that W is listening in? For Bush, if you're listening - go do an anatomical and biological impossibility to yourself......

Is this the equivalent of Bush & Co. telling the army: You are not good enough to protect our people?

Does Bush & Co. think that poorly of our soldiers, that they have to hire mercenaries for protection instead?

When I asked what I did wrong, the officer said that I did not come to a complete stop. I told him that I had felt the car come to a stop and shake forward a little. He then told me that it is very confusing when stopping on a hill and that was why he was stationed there for the day. He then went on to tell me that my front tires stopped by my back ones were still going when I took off from the stop sign and thats why he ultimately pulled me over. Is that possible???

In admit it.

I was once a minority despising reactionary who used religion as weapon.

Until I got a life and stopped hating liberals out of jealousy.

Now I have some of the "peace" for myself!

I have not done enough research or any at that to understand why we are in Iraq. I hear the President needs to manage the price of oil and make peace in those countries that currently have no form of order.

Instead of spending billions a month, why don't officials provide a counter-terrorism plan (meaning give states funds to enhance their security for airports, borders, etc) and/or possibly produce our own form of energy/goods that we depend on from other countries?

So now we have Iran which refuses to curtail it's uranium enrichment activities because it claims to need to pursue nuclear energy for it's people. Israel is nervous and threatening to attack Iran. Iran, in turn is threatening to attack Israel. Russia and China are blocking U.N. sanctions against Iran. The U.S. is pursuing a coalition of countries that would impose economic sanctions against Iran without U.N. approval. What a mess. Two word solution: Solar energy. Iran is a dessert. What better place to research, develop and implement solar energy technologies? Such a project would take away any pretense of Iran's need for nuclear power. Of course there would be major global economic adjustments to make in a transition from oil and nuclear power to solar, but wouldn't those be less dangerous than setting the stage for a nuclear World War lll?
