I think that the $125,000 bail is pretty small for the charges he is up against.
And not only that - but he gets to go back to Florida?

Here we go again huh??? I bet he walks away with a fine.

He is facing - 41 - 105 years

Lets assume that Hillary becomes are next president. What do you think she will do with the spying powers being given to the president now? Do you think she will use them to fight terrorism? Do you think she will use them for other things that would make you nervous?

I did post this question earlier & I thank all of you who responded. I guess I should have added more detail. If a person has been convicted and admitted to a crime, how can they years later say "I was insane" and get an att'y to represent them? Is this not a waste of tax payers $$$$

The only two candicates than make any sense to me are McCain and Lieberman! Both are moderates (like me), both would create strong business and economy without mortaging our future away, and both would kick a*s on terrorists!!! What do you think? (Time to resurrect Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose party.)

Man urinated on dying woman

By ONLINE REPORTER
September 19, 2007

A MAN who urinated on a stricken disabled woman as she lay dying in a street is facing jail after admitting outraging public decency.

Anthony Anderson admitted the single charge when he appeared before magistrates today.

After hearing how his actions robbed the 50-year-old woman of “any dignity”, magistrates agreed that their maximum sentencing powers of six months in prison were insufficient and transferred the case to Crown Court.

They heard how Anderson, 27, shouted “this is YouTube material” as he urinated on and later smothered shaving foam over the hapless victim who had collapsed near his home in Hartlepool.

The town’s magistrates today heard how Christine Lakinski, who suffered a number of medical problems, was making her way home with a box of laminate flooring when she fell ill and stumbled into a doorway.

Anderson, of Hartlepool, was at home with a friend

About 4 weeks ago a friend of mine had an AOL convo and the person he was talkin to said they were gonna gove his IP adress to the police. Nothing happened to my buddy for 4weeks. But thursday afternoon, in front of his neighboors house their was an investigater from the PD. His neighboor asked the investigator why he was in front of his house and he said he couldn't tell (i'd assume thats normal). This raises the question to me, is this a coincidence or should he be worried. I don't know what to tell em. On one hand why would it take 4 weeks for this and why would teh investigator stay in the car for an online/computer type of issue and not come back the next day at a different time when he maybe home? But on the other hand there aren't too many bad happenings in his neighboorhood so maybe they are looking for him. What do you guys think?

In many places of the world the people see USA as the freedom country, where you can say whatever you want wherever you want it, so things like this make the people change it way to think about your country.
What do you think about it?

Here I let you a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjHEBvNTzUg

President Bush said Wednesday that a law hastily passed in August to temporarily give the government more power to eavesdrop without warrants on foreign terror suspects must be made permanent and expanded.

This law is a direct violation of our rights, and does nothing to protect the country. He says that if we dont do it, then we will be much more vulnerable to attack, he is once again using scare tactics to get people to act. Why arent we stopping this guy? And how do people still support his illegal actions and think hes "great"

Below is the link to the story, please read and answer.

I can't help but to believe a democrat or liberal would have a heart attack if a former Republican candidate for the presidency made a comment about a white candidate "acting like he's black". For sure, they'd want him to explain what that means.

We all know a UF student was tased after asking kerry questions after the forum was over. My question is do you think the officers should have tased him after he was already subdued?

I think this quote sums up my opinion on the matter:
"This guy was obviously an antagonist with a complete disrespect for an invited speaker. He got what he wanted out of the ordeal and should have left when asked -- what did he expect? I don't agree that the officers should have used a stun gun on this poor guy though. It looked like there were enough large officers to subdue this guy without the use of electric shock. He wasn't a threat to anyone, just loud and obnoxious! Bad decision."

There were many officers there and they had him subdued, it doesnt matter how loud he is. they should have dragged him out quickly and throw him in back of a squad car.

I think police abuse there powers and dont follow the law. I think more psychological testing for officers should be warranteed.
