Absolutely! Many feel it appropriate to vote a straight party ticket yet when they do...somebody really worth filling the elected position goes unelected.

It's sad that we're stuck on "Us versus Them."

Best wishes.

I'd say 60pct of the problem with immigrants is the fact that the indigenous population of this country i.e. the UK are too bloody lazy to learn to speak anybody else's language (I don't include the other lot on the Kindergarten Continent, because they have trouble speaking OUR language let alone anybody else's - look at the mess they're making in Iraq, when they're not shooting our troops accidentally on purpose), so any clash in cultures is exacerbated by a breakdown in basic communication, let alone complex diplomatic dialogue; as voiced by a UK police chief today - I agree with him.

Forget about any politicians - 95pct of them are in politics to get into power and if they're in power to keep it!

If you take the trouble just to learn a few words of another person's language you have come into contact with - you see the difference in their attitude - it's nothing short of miraculous - I know - I've seen it time and time again in practice!

Polictians, except for a few, are only fit to be used as toilet paper!

Hi

Today politicians are the dirtiest lot, so what difference will it make if you vote for a rogue inside or outside any particular party.

They have all the funds for these votes, by the dons and mafias who are their main supports so why bother to donate a drop of water for this.

The richest make the politician, so it would make no difference who came into power.

You have to go with the tide, or you will drown.

Yes I Would. Its not about being unfair! or people thinking i or people hate immigrants! (i don't) its about coming here legally and doing things right, Lots of people come here for one reason only and that's money and they don't care about anything else, some of those people talk about the united states and how it is trash! and yet they want to be here. If you don't like it here Please do us the favor and head back to where you prefer, stop fighting a battle that will not be won! there is no way the government is going to allow people who are not citizens have privilege in this country who dont even try to fit into the rules!! OHWELL

Yes, provided he wasn't too left-wing. I want someone in there who's going to be tough on immigration and good for the economy, especially regarding gas prices. I haven't voted for a democrat since never, but I would if he or she fit the bill. Unfortunately for the Dems, they got nothing.

Yes, but I'd need to be certain that the candidate was not just making promises to get elected...they better have a stated plan for enforcement that makes sense, and that we can legally enforce.

The only ones who are for enforcing our borders and our immigration laws are in my party so I don't have to make that decision. I am currently a strong Tom Tancredo supporter for that very reason.

Yes, if immigration was the most important issue to me. Since it's not, my answer is no. I would donate if I believed that person had my best interests in mind.
