Two counts of first-degree kidnapping each term of 15 years
Two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon, a felony, mandatory 2-15 years in prison, plus a possible additional 1-15 years for use of a weapon.
Burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, felony, 2-15 years.
Coercion with use of a deadly weapon, a felony, 2-12 years in prison
Two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, felony, 1-6 years.
Conspiracy to commit kidnapping, felony, 1-6 years.
Conspiracy to commit robbery, felony, 1-6 years.
Conspiracy to commit a crime, gross misdemeanor, 1 year in county jail
I think that the $125,000 bail is pretty small for the charges he is up against.
And not only that - but he gets to go back to Florida?
Here we go again huh??? I bet he walks away with a fine.
He is facing - 41 - 105 years

The guys on the tape will not verify the tape has not been tampered with. The guy that made the tape called OJ and told him where to find his stolen goods. The guys with the goods that were stolen from OJ turned out to be guys he knew. Can you say set-up? It is known OJ has a temper, I believe the whole thing was set up to take advantage of that temper.

A big contributing factor to bail amounts is if the judge thinks th person will run instead of coming back for trial. The judge must think he's not a big flight risk.

Ok is well on his way to dying or a long jail sentense and dying,
because of his life style someone more insane than him will oh never mind.
He may end it so he can be in the paper one last time.
