Hillary will do nothing to change the law.
She has been using wire taps her whole career. Hillary herself "listened to a secretly recorded audiotape of a phone conversation of Clinton critics plotting their next attack. Bill's supporters monitored frequencies used by cell phones, and the tape was made during one of those monitoring sessions." It is against the law.
Then she said: "Like many Americans, I am deeply disturbed by revelations about the NSA. We all deserve to know why the NSA has blocked the Department of Justice from investigating the NSA’s domestic surveillance program and why it has created an enormous database of Americans’ phone records.
Today’s revelations further demonstrate what happens to our Constitution, laws, and privacy when there is no meaningful congressional oversight of the president’s actions. Congress needs to get to the bottom of this. I join my colleagues on both sides of the aisle in demanding answers about the NSA’s domestic surveillance program and the NSA’s use of Americans’ phone records. We must defend our homeland while also defending our Constitution, laws, and privacy."
Hillary voted for the Patriot Act in 2001 and again in 2006 when it was renewed.

her liberal backers often talk about how oppressive it is to have the roving warrantless wiretapping, but the fact is the next president, regardless of party, can't remove some of the security policies put in place by Bush without offending the intelligence community and risking getting the blame for any terrorist attacks... so I think she'll remove the Patriot Act but keep doing the illegal wiretapping of terrorists and drug suspects

She will either quietly continue them and home nobody notices or she will make a big deal out of repealing them to make the GOP look bad.

She'll definitely use them against terrorists, no Democrat can afford to get in the white house now and have a terrorist attack happen. Will she use them for illicit means? I wouldn't put it past her, her husband did...

Considering her husband did this stuff before Bush and 9/11, she probably has that all figured out.

She may have to plug this up Clinton's for all we care, as thats where it should be planted in reality.
Other things dont need to be spied on.
Every thing is open and no need to wast state cash on these set ups etc.
