I have a problem with the fact that my daughter was physically and verbally attacked by a very large black woman at her job. This woman was probably three to four times the size of my daughter and every time she worked with my daughter, she went out of her way to harm my daughter. There was no manager at the company at the time so I reported it to corporate and they sent some one out to talk to my daughter and others that saw her do this, yet this woman was only given a warning, I am very angry because my daughter quit her job because she no longer felt safe there, and the company did nothing to protect her. I think that the only reason this woman got by with treating my daughter so poorly is because she is black. That really pisses me off that she was not repremanded even when everyone told corperate how vicious she was.Should we sue her and the company?? BCBG Maxeria

Creamy layers mean politicians, mafia barons, priestly class and the super rich. Would you deny if I say that most of the Indian Billionaires could achieve that distinction only through political mafia in and outside the administration and the poor and the middle class suffer do not get justice they rightly deserve.

When everyday normal people would remain behind bars for 10 felonies? He'll be back on the golf course tomorrow afternoon. This doesn't take into consideration that he's got a $35 MILLION dollar lawsuit decision against him that he's paid very little of. Why shouldn't the families of the victims of the 1994 case get this $125,000?

There is 2 sets of Justice in this country. One for the poor and another for O.J. Simpson.

my friend lost his trial by declaration in california, but was never told he couldnt take ttraffic school in that response, but he then asked for a plea, and got a court arrangement after he got his result of losing by trial by delaration, and he went to court to ask for traffic school, and they still gave it to him, I have heard of this before, why did the judge still give him traffic school? My friend told the judge the truth though, that he had no idea that by doing the trial by declaration and losing, he wouldnt have a choice of traffic school, why have people gotten traffic school afterwards, but it is only fair to be given it when not advised about it right?

I see conservatives say "you're losing the war on poverty" in one question? (usually with no attempt at an explaination?)

yet in another they talk about how the poor in America are so much better off than the poor in every other nation and how our poor have good lives?

wouldn't that be "winning the war on poverty" then?

I'm confused? winning or losing?

I have a contract on a home and we're supposed to close in one week. My boyfriend and I are both on the mortgage loan. I tried to get the mortgage broker to switch it to just be in my boyfriend's name, without me involved. Well, he dragged his feet and today told me to do so would take another 21 days which would put us behind on closing and my bf is pressuring me to get over it so we don't have to postpone. So, My question is, if I am on this joint mortgage loan with my bf, and something bad happens between us and I want out of the relationship, what can I do. I've heard I can have my name removed from the loan so that the lender can never come after me for funds in the future? is this true? Is it expensive/complicated? Or is the only option to refinance the mortgage just in his name? What is the process for this? Thanks for any help. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. Want to know my options should something go wrong with us... Thanks :)

I think it does. I NEVER hear any white people give reasons as to why OJ is innocent, most think he's guilty! You would think there would be a sizable population of whites who would look at the case intelligently, but no!

Of course, many blacks side with OJ purely on race, but many know the cops like to set up people! There is a point, since OJ is very well-off. Fuhrman resented that a whole lot.

How do you feel about free speech in this country now? How do we protect our right to stand up before our people in a public forum and express our oppinions on government matters and matters abroad? Isnt this what our fore-fathers did?

The media is so obsessed with Bush "building democracy" in Iraq, they haven't noticed that we've been dismantling it here.

.....prefer dead soldiers to unhappy caribou? Like Greenspan said, even if Bush is too stupid to realize it, we ARE over there for oil. However much we could get from ANWR and offshore would result in a net decrease in soldiers who have to die getting it over there.
-
So the lefties say Americans refuse to conserve and develop alternatives. Is this how they punish us? Force us to sacrifice our soldiers rather than disturb a few fish and caribou?

Criminal informant (ratting)?

My brother has been given an opportunity by the police to have all his charges dropped if he becomes an informant. He was going to be charged with possession and intent to sell.

However, after discussing with an attorney, we are told that charges are usually not completely dropped. In fact, they told us that the police has no jurisdiction in dropping charges. Only the Judge can do that.

Who is telling the truth?
