I was once a minority despising reactionary who used religion as weapon.
Until I got a life and stopped hating liberals out of jealousy.
Now I have some of the "peace" for myself!
Liberalism may lead to maturity, but maturity leads to death.
Stay young at heart...not constipated with hate.

Well, I am with you. As I get older, I realize that we as a society need to take care of one another. I feel a sense of responsibility toward those less fortunate than myself. Call it my sunday school teachings coming back to me, whatever. I just think it's criminal to have the attitude of "I've got mine, screw you".

You got that backwards. People get more conservative as they get older, have kids, own property and increase income.
You were NEVER conservative. Your too full of hate.
EDIT: Sorry, but the majority here seems to see it my way. As you mature you do get more conservative. You've had more experience and you have more to care about. Also, you really don't see Christians rioting, demanding rights, protesting, marching or getting arrested. That is something that libs are always doing, like yesterday when that radical got tasered for disrupting one of his own.

What a horrible life that must have been for you!
ADDED: I have lived politically as a Conservative and personally as a rebel without a clue, in many ways. Now that I am older, I have peace with who I am. For me, that includes my religion.
I try to use my knowledge of our Constitution to spread that education. Not to spread propaganda.

I don't understand the ADULT LIBERAL. How can you still be a liberal with a job, a family to take care of and responsibilities?
Liberalism works against all of that in one way or another.
