I am investigating lawyer referral services and would like to know how much money these companies charge for each personal injury lead. There are a ton of these services on the internet and non of them want to give out pricing.

This has something to do with the Ving Rhames case. I know that the guy was a caretaker, but I was just wondering if he was a burglar, could the burglar's family sue the householder ? Personally, I don't think the householder should be held accountable, its no different than shooting a burglar breaking into your house. What do you think? Have any of you heard any cases where the owner's dog killed a burglar?

Pharmacist called doctor and said I was getting multple scrips from different doctors. Yes, i am guilt, but not multiple, I went to a walk-in clinic and got a small script and 1 refill. Like I stated before, I believe my meds are privite info and not to be shared to anyone.

Now that France is calling for war in Iran, is it any surprise that Israel doesn't that un-edited video floating around as it is a public relations disaster for gaining support for the war?

Isn't it CRIMINAL that the GOP is lying to the American
people to justify this poorly-planned quagmire in Iraq?

Saddam had:
NO WMD.
NO TIES TO AL QAEDA.
NO CONNECTION TO 9/11.

These are the FACTS.

... or did you just watch the news?

The guy was acquitted for a reason, and it was not race.

If you watched the trial you know evidence was planted.

You know...

Van Atter and Furhman lied, by their own testimony, from the very beginning.

they were followed to the crime scene carrying evidence collected at Simpson's home.

the famous socks were mysteriously missing from the numbered and ordered pictures taken on scene.

witnesses were intimidated.

ice cream Nicole was eating had not melted before the police arrived, an impossibility if Simpson did it.

the LA crime lab claimed human beings have a blood preservative in our blood.

blood samples miraculously appeared six weeks after the crime scene was washed, in places crime scene photos clearly show no blood.

If you did not watch the trial, you do not know this because the media simply failed to report these little details.

I doubt Simpson did what he was accused of, perhaps he did, but I KNOW police framed him.

Do soldiers just get to go home and wait around until the rest of their troop gets back, or are they sent back to base after they recover and temporarily reassigned?

My college campus is filled with political action groups and events crying out against Darfur, and I am assuming that other college campuses are saturated with these issues as well (although there is little acknowledgement of genocide in the Congo). It's a big deal. Meanwhile, I have seen absolutley nothing from politicians and the government about these issues. Issues of human rights around the world are important to Americans- many have justified the Iraq war with them. Why does Darfur play a marginal or non-existant role in our political atmosphere when so many people feel strongly about Darfur?

In a recent article featured by Yahoo!, it was stated that the Iraqi government wanted to expel the private contracting company called 'Blackwater USA'. It also stated that this would deal a crucial blow to the Coalition in its attempt to rebuild the country, due to the fact that Blackwater provided protection for diplomats, engineers, and other personnel. Should these companies be subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice? (UCMJ), and should they be controlled by the military while in supporting roles, or should they be allowed to work freely and take over positions previously held by the US Military?

Even when we were young and my husband and I were first starting out, I NEVER thought it was okay to steal from people who had money and give it to those who didn't.
I DIDN'T have money at the time, but we were determined to earn our own way in the world.

Enough to end this why do liberals do this? why are conservatives like this? Do you realize we are all Americans and who is elected into office will effect us all the same way! I understand people have different ideas on the ways things should be run, but instead of calling each other stupid names, why not actually try to present facts on why what you think is right and pose valid arguments regarding the issues… What is important right now is the state of country and who we need to put into office to fix it… calling each other out for dumb irrelevant things won’t resolve anything…

In 2004 the democrats made it sound like John Kerry's military service during Vietnam was the most important thing in the world, while making fun of George W. Bush for "only" serving in the Air National Guard. That being said, why isn't Vietnam combat experience important now that Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama are running for office? Why wasn't it an issue with Bill Clinton or Al Gore?
