Starve, stay in the country uneducated, or not received medical care all because we don't agree with the fact that their parents brought or gave birth to them here?

I know it is costing the tax-payer money, but until we resolve the issue, there must still be resources for them.

What do you think?

We can't do away with our most valuable export industry as we now ride on the back of a mineral exports boom, as opposed to the former wheat and wool days ! However I can't stand the thought of mining old growth rainforest in Tasmanias wilderness etc... Atleast from what I see no real ecological harm can come to a desert waste land anyway ! So who will ensure growth and prosperity AND preserve sensitive old growth forest areas in Australia ?

Given "following too closely" citation highway in Atlanta, GA. It involves three cars. Mine was the third. When police came, the other two drivers said there was a traffic, and that i hit the back bumper of the car in the middle, the middle car hit the back bumper of the one in the front. The Police told me that the front car owner told him that there was a traffic and that he experienced one impact . So Police said if that is the case , I must have started the hitting from the back .

Almost 10% of deaths caused by aerial bombardment--unequivocally killed by US bombardment. Many of the rest are certainly caused by our forces. Almost all of them, even those killed by insurgents and criminals, would still be alive if we had never invaded.

Time to try Bush for war crimes yet?

These kids deserve the opportunity for higher education and eligibility to join the military. They did nothing wrong, it would be a shame to throw away years and years of study (k-12) just because their PARENTS made mistakes. . .make the right decision and support this bill. Call your representatives and sign this petition. It’s time to bring these bright minds out from the underground economy and let them achieve the American Dream. They are NOT criminals and most of you know they’re not. Can a child really commit a crime??
And contrary to popular belief, MOST of them don’t have a way of fixing the situation they are in, the doors are all shut from where they stand. If you don’t believe me do your research, I did.

Thanks for your time and do the right thing.

The only areas they can place these reactors are along the Coast as they use massive amounts of water for cooling and regulating the core. Guess where most of the population lives? Do you want one in your back yard?

I heard of one case where a guy was able to force the court to allow him to act as prosecutor. This was not a civil case. The county prosecutor would not prosecute the crime so this guy found some obscure law or case law or legal rationale that allowed him to act as prosecutor. It may have been along the lines that the state was entitled to representation and the prosecutor was not representing them so . . .

Does anyone know anything about this?

I have heard it said that a judge only makes a decision (without a jury present)on what he has heard, therefore is not responsible for any other mitigating circumstances that may occur or that has occured due to his ignorance or from his lack of forsight or from that which has or has not been presented befor him. Then what makes him more "God Like" than the rest of us? What has he heard or learned that the rest of us have not been privy to?

If an attorney is aware that a brain-dead person has been victimized in some way, can that attorney take initiative and represent that person even though not requested to do so? This is purely academic so feel free to be creative with the question and any related variables.

I know stupid question, I'm not thinking of doing it, just curious. If women are allowed abortion because the child is inside of them. Surely when a guys pe*is is inside of me & I were to cut it off inside of me that's ok then. The only difference is he would probably survive to complain about it, but if he didn't survive & bled to death, surely that's ok then?

(Pro-abortionists, don't try to brainwash me that 'embryo/foetus' humans don't feel pain. You can't know for sure, it's like space who would have known you could float in it. Even scientists couldn't know 100%. It's not known until it happens, unfortunately pain can't be seen, even with all the technology in the world. An educated guess says pain is inherent to humans, so logically it's there from day 1. In a society that believes it's best 2 be safe than sorry, it doesn't figure to allow abortion. A human unfortunately is not capable of being anything other than human from day 1, no matter how much they might not want 2 be).

Yeah yeah yeah, Clinton signed the NAFTA agreement, but I am sure he did not have intentions of giving away the whole country to illegals which is going on now. Bush is the one who turned his back on the border. IT IS HIS FAULT AND ONLY HIM TO BLAME. He is commander in chief. He could have kept the National Guard on the border or assigned more. Why don't we take the beef to the culprit instead of argueing here? Is Bush lone responsible for giving away our country to illegals or not? Don't blame Mexicans or illegals...every American citizen knows they would have crossed the border too. No....I am not...I am white and born here to American citizens 42 years ago.

I told John Kerry the country would not survive 4 more years of Bush. His team told me he did read my campaign ideas. I was right, we did not survive. This is not America anymore, it is illegal alien counties invading and taking over all of America's tradition and well being. Doesn't anyone in the news here us here?
