No, I believe it was Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas who referred to the world being flat in the last FOX Republican debates.

I don't think so! We tend to be more progressive than that line of thinking. We also tend to respect, rather than reject, science as well.

By trying unsuccessfully in spinning it, your question does go far in explaining the 'logic' of that 'world is flat' ideology behind your views... hold on tightly to that party line because if you let go, you might fall off the face of the earth. Thanks for helping me to understand your position!
