Starve, stay in the country uneducated, or not received medical care all because we don't agree with the fact that their parents brought or gave birth to them here?

I know it is costing the tax-payer money, but until we resolve the issue, there must still be resources for them.

What do you think?

While I do not agree that any kid should be left without medical care and education, I do believe that immigration needs to be dealt with on every level. If one family sees that they can flee to this country and get their kids healthcare and education then that will just encourage more families to try that strategy. I say, if they really care about their kids that much then the parents would try and become a citizen instead of trying to sneak into the country.

Throughout history, caring parents who had an UNEXPECTED child who they knew they could not support have done the difficult but most courageous thing:

PUT THEM UP FOR ADOPTION.

As for your REAL question - that the middle-class taxpayer should take on burden after burden AFTER BURDEN that does not, under any reasonable logic, belong on their shoulders - these who built the modern U.S., defended Her in two World Wars, overcame staggering, fatal depression, pushed their children to learn, study, finish an education and better themselves and who now in their twilight years are facing a bankrupt Social Security System built by their tireless efforts and established to secure them in their old age; that they should sacrifice even that only so that 14-yr old girls can get free medical care for children they could put under the wings of better-prepared, adoptive parents... well, I'll let the collective consciences of all here answer that.

...

If there is one scintilla of decency remaining in the hearts of these people crying relentlessly for sympathy, then let them first offer to take the now-common, year-long birth-control injections every year till they earn well enough to be called conscientious loving parents. And, God-willing, if they have kids, already, that they accept this reality: Those children deserve much more than you have to offer them. Give them up so they can have a better life.

I think they are playing the pity card too much. Their country has jobs, they just don't pay as well as jobs here in the US. Their country also has a much lower economic factor and they can live on lower incomes. They look at our minimum wage with awe and just want more money when they should just go to an area within their country to find work. You still don't drag your kids somewhere so that they can grow up with no options because they are illegal. You also don't risk your unborn child for the chance at more money. If there were a country close to here with a better standard of living and higher paying jobs, I would never risk my children's future or my unborn child being taken from me (upon deportation) in order to simply make more money. That is stupid. And people here feel sorry for them because they are looking at them from our perspective and how we live. You have to look at it through their eyes, not through our eyes in order to get the picture. They are making excuses and must obey our laws or they are no good to our country, we should not have to provide them with anything or any options. We should put the fact that the illegals cut in front of legitimate people who want to do things right and just basically stolen what other immigrants are fighting and working for. Do you think that the immigrants who are waiting to come here legal have it any better than people who just broke through? No, but the good people who would be an asset to the US are not going to break laws for a better income.

If they're born in the United States, they are citizens of the United States. It's not the government's fault the parents place themselves in a situation in which they cannot take care of their children. It's also not the governments fault if the deported parents choose to not take their children back to the parent's country of origin, of which the child is also a citizen.

Sorry. I have to live with my parents decisions on how they raised me. The same should apply to illegal's. Why, if they are starving, would they come here, and give birth to one child and then go on to give birth to many more. It sounds like just what it is. (Mexican parents) "I want what the American's have." Let's go for it babe." And then we, US Citizens, are stuck with an illegal couple's total disregard for their children's legal status as they come of age. Stop. Stop trying to play the pity card. It's really getting old and people are starting to wake up to the situation. The more your illegal children are getting educated, the less ours are. That goes for healthcare and so many other things.

No we should reduce starvation, that is why we need to end illegal immigration. Mexico has a low fetal death rate, and we should stop Mexican illegal immigrants from coming so we can force ag-business to bring in workers from country worse off.

As long as they are taught not to pop out tons of kids they cannot afford like their idiot parents did.

These idiot illegals breed like rabbits, have kids they cannot afford, and then look to taxpayers to foot the bill.
That's almost as stupid as some Mexican who uses all caps lock to make a non-existent point.

No. Send them back to Mexico where they belong. They exist for the sole purpose of allowing their criminal parents to illegally infest our country. Get them out. Who cares what happens to them after they're returned to Mexico (or whatever other country they came from).

I think some Americans are just scared of the potential a lot of these kids have. They don't want to compete with kids that came from 3rd world countries that have the drive and motivation to actually go out and do something with their abilities.

So sad.
