i have a felony assault conviction. i was 22 and was in a domestic violence relationship, one night me and my exboyfriend had a really bad fight which led to me cutting him. i am now 25
and i am looking to go back to school. i was wondering if there is anyway i could go back to school and earn a degree. what jobs can i get?

Last night at diner my fam kinda had an argument about whether or not we had a overpopulation problem in our world, not just in certain countries, cuz some really have allot of crowding, but the world in general. A republican answerer on here used this quote to defame Hillary Clinton:

The answerer (william B) got 3 thumbs up for this and only 1 thumb down (from myself). Is anyone else aware that Clinton was 7 years old at the time this man was in power?

Why, if you automatically oppose the war, do you hate America? people have been able to present their views in America for over 200 years and not be criticized for it, why start now? Now that is not to say democrats don't don't do it, but i have not seen half as much from the left as from the right. Does anyone actually believe Hillary Clinton's philosophies are based on Adolf Hitler's? Does anyone believe Barack Obama is a terrorist? These silly acusations destroy what this country was built on, and the people who aim these accusations look like they want to destroy it.

We need to put a stop to this president, but the U.S. Senators of the Republican party, time after time Vote for the President 85%+ of the time, and anything to do with the war or to over ride the presidents Veto, the Republican Senators have no balls to over run, this president. So this next year i'm not a Republican anymore, I will vote against the Republican party the rest of my life, which under Bush may not be much longer.

This guard at my job lied on me because I would continue conversating with him. I stop talking to him just because it wasn't nonthing. He lied 2 weeks later and said that I said something immpropriate to him. My boss that dont care for me any way took his side and suspended me. She didnt ask for my statement, They didnt even want to tell what I was being suspended for. They took his side and ran with it. They havent called or nonthing its been 7 days and I havent called them. I still have time card in the slot I was told by a co worker. My job is very sneaky and dont do things by the book. Can you tell me what you think they are waiting on? Can I call this harassment on the bases of gender and can they fire me and If so what are they waiting on. My friend told me to go to union and go file with local office that handle these cases.

And remove my name from the loan when we signed for the loan the other personas credit was bad so i signed first and them second on the application. My name is not on the title as co owner or second secured party. THE person has tried to get a loan supposedly but was told the car is not worth what they owe on it . And supposidly cant get a loan. THEY have been making the payments but i want my name removed it was just to help them establish good credit, I have a signed document of them agreeing to refinance and remove my name . What can i leagly do ? to get them to look harder into finding a credit union or bank that will give them a loan and get my name off of it.

I remember how much trouble we had, (before the war) finding countries that would even allow our planes to fly through their air-space to retaliate for attacks on American interests.
Do we need bases there, to confront the threats posed by the policies of Iran and Syria?
Isn't the middle east the very place we need to have a great military presence, almost any way we can; and the closer to Iran and Syria the better?

Will she tell us universal health care will have administrative costs that we pay.
That seniors will not be covered.
That we will pay for it in our income taxes.

If a was convicted with sec 10-125(b) how should I answer on the following question in the online job application:
(exact wording)

Do they mean only criminal offense or also civil?

There's the argument that if you build a 20-foot wall, they'll bring a 21-foot ladder. That's why many borders in nations around the world use parallel walls a few yards (meters) apart.

Would-be violators land in the 'ditch' formed by the two walls, are seen on camera, IR, heat sensing, etc, and are in for the race of their lives to get that ladder through barbed wire barriers, past a few German Shepherds, up against the next wall and over before being apprehended.

The cost is much less than building a freeway which are about 12 - 24 inches thick, poured on a bed of asphalt over compacted, lime-treated soil. Tilt-walls are only about 4 to 8 inches thick and require much cheaper concrete.

We have millions of miles of local, state and federal (interstate) roads. Building 2,000 miles of parallel walls would be fractional by comparison.

For example, schools have to offer all class options to all genders and races. I know that this originates from some big civil trial in the 60's, but I don't know what the other stipulations are.

Lets say a freshman student signs up for a class or tries out for a sports team, but the spot goes instead to a senior merely because of his seniority, not because of first-come-first-serve or merit or ability. Can schools legally do this, or is it fundamentally unconstitutional?
