But when it comes to our own people, it's those "tax and spend Democrats" at it again?

Pathetic.

Yes, I'll find the source. It was on armytimes.com.

Where, exactly, does it say that the US taxpayers are providing healthcare for Iraqis? I couldn't get the Marine site to load; perhaps it was on there, but I suspect not.

The GOI (Government of Iraq) has come a long (I emphasize, LONG) way in the past few years and is doing it's best to take care of its people.

Coaltion Forces are doing their best to ensure that the GOI is carrying as much of the burden of caring for the people as possible. While we do still help out with immunizations and some special cases, most are treated at local facilities. Case in point: when a suicide bomber blows up in the middle of a market, most casualties are taken to Iraqi clinics and only the most urgent will be treated on Coalition camps (this also applies in instances of mass casualties where the local facilities cannot possibly care for the high numbers of patients).

Give the GOI a little credit. They're not perfect, but no government is.

Any gov't run operation is to be met with skepticism and hesitation. the administrative.is at the instant broken - this is no longer run by the persons, of the persons and for the persons. that's administered by the uber prosperous and massive company, for the uber prosperous and massive company and for the uber welathy and massive company. that's a reality. And the biggest briber - oops - contributer to campaigns is the healthcare industry. the biggest single particular activity group (study: persons who pay politicians so as that they get favors), is the healthcare industry. it somewhat is a reality. Now....you elect the administrative.to run healthcare. Hmmmm...you declare that's going to be purely as solid as that's now and extra low-priced. Hmmm...i'd prefer to verify the fantastic print on that one. real, the different industrialized u . s . has a equipment of national healthcare. additionally real is the persons of those countries pay upwards of 55% income taxes and don't inevitably get prompt scientific care. Ask Canadians. Ask Norwegians. the present equipment is broken because of the fact of greed. look at any scientific institution bill (for an in one day stay or minor surgical treatment - no longer purely a flu shot) and notice what they're charging for uncomplicated products. $one million/aspirin...$one million.25/cotton swab....$0.seventy 5 a tongue depresser....$seventy 5 an afternoon for linen provider. The bypass to aim, Walmart, or Kmart and notice what those products value. Yeah, plenty extra low-priced. it somewhat is purely a start up as there are distinctive different greed-appropriate products interior the healthcare industry. So at the same time as i'm no longer fullyyt against a countrywide wellness equipment, i do no longer have confidence having those foxes (politicians) in can charge of this henhouse (healthcare).

Hells Naw ....I do not think I should have to pay for their Health Care , or anyone elses , for that matter , those 47 million Hillary keep talking about over half are illegals ,the majority if the rest qualify for Medicare , and Medicaid , but do not want it , ( wouldn't that be considered forced health care if they do not want it ) and the few others of that 47 mil . are those who are either between health coverage , or are part time workers such as college students , and school age children , who are not covered , those not covered is their parents job to get them covered , not mine ,

It is absolutely Pathetic .. taxes going up billions of dollars to give a GD crack head insurance , come on ......

It's interesting too because the Bush groupies will call Dems terrorists and anti-American for wanting OUR people to benefit, yet these idiots will defend Iraqis receiving socialized health care on our dime.

Hypocritical much?

It's the bad bad Democrats, at it again, huh. Maybe the Compassionate Conservatives will ante up universal healthcare in the US after they have fully insured Iraq and the Democrats have all died off from being denied healthcare due to the inability to afford it.

mild_irritant >> If there is any truth to it, you will see a lot of Americans going berserk when we are fighting for better health-care ourselves. Just remember that recently and up until this very day we are all outraged about illegals plundering our assets to cover their health-care, while we all pay to get ourselves and our children covered. Further, being that the US has made itself a welfare state, it would be a shame to see us make another country a welfare state. It's all about working to get what you NEED or what you want.
