I quit listening to politicians about health insurance after Bill was elected. This is an issue they bring up to slant you're interest toward them. They will never do any significant thing about it. And besides, After the way the politicians have handled Walter Reed, Katerina, Rita, and disaster that have hit the united States, do you really want them to control our health coverage? It's a mess now but it CAN be worse!

Time to trot out more half truths and misinformation from the right wing. The most obvious and well documented fact from the ill fated Universal Health Care ideas of 1993 is that the opposition will tell any lie, support any fear campaign, and resort to any personal attack to promote their agenda against the people.
Wake up, will you! We are the only industrialized nation not to have Universal Health Care and it shows. As rich and as powerful as America is, it's criminal that our health care is as bad as it is. Our health care is great...if you're a millionaire. If you're middle class it's second rate.

the start up price tag is 110 billion....
start up....wow! what's it going to cost when it really gets running??? and we all know where that money is gonna' come from, no?
i work...i know i need insurance, so as a responsible adult...i buy it...i don't like buying it...and wish i were less responsible...but my momma raised me to take responsibility for myself...
what i would like? is for other mothers to teach their children the same thing....and quit trying to make me pay for someone else's health care!
i take care of me and my family...i don't want my pockets picked by the feds any more than is already being taken...

Who knows. People are getting tired of high insurance premiums, but don't want to be told what doctor to go to.

For a medical plan for everyone check out Dennis Kucinich (dennis4president.com) He is not getting publicity because he doesn't follow what is good for big corporations but what is good for the ordinary citizen. His ideas are great, check it out.

She wasn't stupid in 1993. Americans were stupid for listening to the self-interested insurance lobbying groups that trashed the plan. You drank that koolaid and it's affects still have not worn off.

There are some uninsured people who are so desperate they just might. But I don't think her whole package of ideas is desirable to enough voters.

I could care less what she offers, I would never vote for that One World Government witch! She is going to say whatever she can to get votes, and if she is elected she isn't even going to keep her word......do they ever? Go Ron Paul!

We should.
Look, EVERY single Iraqi citizen has free universal health care courtesy of the US taxpayers.
Shouldn't we take care of our own first?
