Please no "There has been no terrorist attacks since 9/11." or stuff like that. Just because there hasn't been doesn't mean there won't be.

But in your own honest opinion, tell me why or why not you think where you live is a target for terrorism.

I live in New York City, nuff said.

About 3 weeks ago a friend of mine had an AOL convo and the person he was talkin to said they were gonna gove his IP adress to the police. Nothing happened to my buddy for 3 weeks. But thursday afternoon, in front of his neighboors house their was an investigater from the PD. My neighboor asked the investigator why he was in front of his house and he said he couldn't tell (i'd assume thats normal). This raises the question to me, is this a coincidence or should he be worried. I don't know what to tell em. On one hand why would it take 3 weeks for this and why would teh investigator stay in the car for an online/computer type of issue and not come back the next day at a different time when he maybe home? But on the other hand there aren't too many bad happenings in his neighboorhood so maybe they are looking for him. What do you guys think?

The movie stars Hugo Chavez loving Hollywood socialist Danny Glover and is filled with leftist conspiracy theories about oil and mass murder and how America is evil. I can’t believe I sat through and watched this piece of crap movie, but it was kinda funny because all the fake conspiracies in the movie have as much merit as all the fake ones people believe in the real world.
I also thought it was funny that one of the guys in the movie was wearing a Che shirt, especially since Che was responsible for thousands of deaths.

So why does this movie villify america at the same time glorify a murderer and then claim that america is responsible for the same thing their hero is guilty of?

i know of a person who was cut off in an intersection by a kid who had 2 or 3 friends in his car (which is above the legal limit for kids his age in his home state) and he ran over the person he cut off. The person was riding his motorcycle & died about 3 1/2 weeks later. the kid was let off with a fine. the DA stated that there was no proof that he was distracted despite his friend yelling out the window of the car. they also stated that he was not responsible for the actions of the passengers. is this right, or is this showing other young drivers that its okay to kill somebody because you look where your friend yelled?

I think that All illegals deserve Human Rights like everyone deserves and they deserve the protection of the law and Due Process of law.

In general I think that is what they have a right to. No more no less.

A buddy of mine is a custodian at my daughter's elementary school. I just found out that during the kid's lunch which is about 20 minutes for the students, but an hour and a half overall for all classes combined. He is left alone with the students with no additional adult supervision. It's become his job to supervise them, line them up and even send them to recess. He tells me that he has no certification or proper training in supervising kids and that his responsibility should only be in normal custodial duties, however because of an article in his contract between the board and union, he is to do whatever the principle ask of him, if he doesn't it is considered insubordination. He wonders if there is some law that states only certified people can be left alone with children and if so who does he (or I for that matter) contact to report this violation?
