As much as anyone can be.
Face facts, if the terrorists want to hit us, they will.
The various Federal agencies have been doing an excellent job of preventing it so far, but is just a matter of time.
Then, we'll really hit back.

Probably yes, after the first attack the U.S has been on alert! The government has been watching the skies more and I think we have a precise action plan incase it ever were to occur again! I sure hope not!! But it seems like we are gaining more enemies and more that are just nuetral, Before you know it since alot of other countries are jealous of U.S, it might turn into the U.S verus the World!!

We handled things after the 9/11 attack. If some sneak attack happens again, we will take care of things.

The Democrats simply want to end a pointless war that's just pouring fuel into the fire. Nothing more, nothing less.
Yes, a matter of time. we can't dodge every bullet. For ever dollar the terrorists spends, we spend millions. And (homegrown) radicals are proliferating throughout the world.
the possibility to initiate a sneak attack or an unconventional means to smuggle weapons are endless-someone would have to sit down at some council to think of every conceivable plot and write up countermeasures.
either way, the terrorists have succeeded one way or the other through the use of fear. if they can't directly attack us, they can sure generate fear and paranoia that leads to our privacy and rights being downsized...

americans are resilient creatures. we can adjust to almost anything. and our govt. knew this when they pulled off 9/11 like any good stage magician. they knew americans would be out for blood and be more than willing to go to war. without 9/11, our govt. had no chance of convincing us that war was necessary. it was the only way. same with pearl harbor. same situation, different time.

No.
It will be a shock, since Democrats are supporting the Terrorists, in the hope of becoming "Friends".
Clinton tried being "buddies" with bin Laden, but it didn't work.
Democrats don't want us to Wiretap Terrorists, because "Terrorists Have Rights".
Cool!!!!
