I am investigating lawyer referral services and would like to know how much money these companies charge for each personal injury lead. There are a ton of these services on the internet and non of them want to give out pricing.

They charge the attorney that they refer you to. Usually it is around 10% of the fees collected. Sometimes they contract for a flat fee, but that is rare.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. In every state that I've read the rules of legal ethics, such a service couldn't get any money from lawyers.

Now, if you want a Personal Injury lawyer, and a reliable place to find out about them, look at Martindale Hubbel.

Be sure to put in your state, and choose Personal Injury from the list. I'm sure you'll get lots of leads.

Now, my advice, and it isn't foolproof, but when you scan the list... look for one of the lawyers that under "practice area", it says "personal injury" and not more than one or two other things. Lawyers are like Swiss Army knives, if you know what I mean.

I had a huge argument with my insurer approximately this a pair of years in the past, i offered motor vehicle coverage on line and opted out of something to get extra low-priced coverage. They rang me some days later to tell me that this has continuously been part of auto coverage and that new government regulations meant they had to grant me the alternative of no longer taking it, yet i individually did choose it. I pronounced i did no longer, however the guy insisted I did, and we ended up in an prolonged argument with reference to the cost of coverage and the scams of claims attorneys. I informed him that as a results of means of my artwork is an illustration offering 250 quid funds for somebody walking in with a declare, and that those shysters have been fairly encouraging human beings to have a crash, yet he pronounced there advance into no longer something the government can do approximately it. I informed him the government can do something they choose. because then I fairly have seen I pads and funds advances of over 1000 pounds being presented as an inducement for a declare or extra precisely, to intentionally crash your motor vehicle.
