Or is there one already ongoing? I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against it when I turn 18 because I think it is unconstitutional.

Well that would be a federal case considering that it involves the FEDERAL government.

Honestly you'd be wasting your money, section one article 8 states that, "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes". This means that its perfectly legal for the congress of the US to embargo any country they want.

U can take right up to the Hague in the Netherlands,where I believe the World Court now resides.They might take U up on that case.Or the World Trade Organization. They might actually rule in favor of U,since they happen to be for 'free trade' so much!
