Pre-paid waste sacks and wheelie bins with microchips could be introduced to make householders pay for their rubbish under plans outlined by council leaders. People could also be charged according to the size of the wheelie bin they choose to use. What do you think of these proposals?

There is no law in the world that says you HAVE to pay income taxes. A company paid 50,000 for someone to find the law and they didnt have to pay anybody anything because to this day noone can find a real law stating we have to.

I am liking him. I like the fact that he states that the Bush Administration had experience and yet look at the mess we are in. I like a person with good judgement. I don't think Clinton has this, I feel she's a puppet -like GWB.

I would like to see Obama/Biden in 2008.

Anybody else feel the same?

If Hillary Clinton was in office. Imagine that she could listen to anybody that she wanted to. Her friends and especially her enemies and use the information anyway that she wanted. All you have to do is say Iraq or Iran on you cell phone and red flag. Don't worry, nobody is talking about those subjects. She is saving lifes by exposing peoples dirty secrets. Heck, bill would get passed in a week. That sounds great.

everyone always talk about religious extremists, and in the US its already a social crime to belong any of the Abrahamic religions. but how come no one ever talks about the secular extremists? they teach that the government should be the parent, and that the family should be done away with. they think organized religion should be banned. some of them encourage irresponsible sexual behavior in order to undermine religious ethics among the youth (using condoms is one thing, but encouraging someone to have "free sex" is another. would you want your 16 year old daughter to have already been boinked by 50 guys who treat her as a piece of meat, even if she didn't get sick?) Ive also seen film footage of radical secularists encouraging youth to experiment with drugs. again, legalizing marijuana is one thing, but encouraging the youth to indiscriminately experiment with drugs is another.

I will be taking the police exam and I tried to get an approved day off but since it will be the weekend before a holiday I was denied. I really want to be a police officer and would hate to miss the opportunity to advance my career. I need a really good excuse. I recently had a knee injury and was out of work for a week. I do not want to call out sick. Is there any other creative excuse I can use?

What's your opinion as to how it's being presented ?

I've watched Parts 1 and 2 to learn and to see if it would contain bias . It most certainly is biased but I wonder how many people noticed ?

Part 1 was about Jews. . . Part 2 was about Muslims(very biased on Amampour's behalf). . . Part 3 is about Christians and that one is on tonight .

I am not a cop but I figure cops know about this so.... just clarifying that.

I want to get some body armor for every day use, just to wear around town so if someone goes postal or someone tries to mug me I am covered. First, am I allowed to wear body armor around town in Texas, I don't know of any laws against it but want to make sure.

I hear that level 2 armor provides OK protection but is not too bulky. I guess size matters so I took some measurements. My waist is 36 inches, at my naval is 35 inches and my chest is 39". I would like a little big of wiggle room so if I pig out or work out I can still fit in but I want it not to wiggle when I move before then. I assume they are adjustable to some extent.

What is the best type of armor for me and how much should I expect to pay? Does armor expire? Are there any things I can't do in it? Does sweat cause it to go bad, how about water, heat? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for answering my question, but some of the answer where a little predictable, such as "Because the democrats promise them handouts and welfare, and their votes are being bought."
And
"Take a look at each party today. The Republican politicians are significantly whiter (and more male) than the Democratic politicians. That has more power than does history."
I'd like to ask why don't we get past these issues(monthly checks) and stereotypes(significantly whiter) and really think about it and ask Why do most Black people vote for Democrats? I mean is it because they help you more or what or do you feel more grateful to them? I'd really like too know.
Thank you.

George Bush said yesterday that the US was wrong to pull out of Vietnam. Therefore he believes that more young Americans should have been sent to their deaths in an unwinnable war while he sat safe in the US drinking and playing around with women. How can this coward dare to condemn troops for coming home when he was too cowardly to fight in Vietnam himself?

It seems their eyes are closed to the fact that CNN and MSNBC lean to the left and they are not at all 'balanced' news. Yet the only news channel they gripe about is Fox News.

I think they have been trained to think that liberal news IS the real news and anything else is wrong.

Sad.

I have been seeing many questions stating that Bush has broken Constitutional law and needs to be impeached. Their have been many court battles over certain things, but why does the Bush Administration keep winning these arguments.

First of all, are you all constitutional scholars? If you are, can you please explain to me what specific passage in the constitution he broke, how he broke it, and what it really means.

Secondly, the supreme court has broken the constitution many times. Can someone please send me the passage in the United States Constitution where the word abortion is permitted? I can't remember seeing that one when I read the constitution.
