I support Biden also, but I am afraid he won't make it. Although there is a great chance he will end up as Secretary of State in Hillary's Administration.

You misread the AP report. Biden said "we need to get out financial priorities in order." He was not referring to his campaign, he was referring to our nation's financial priorities.
