All I want to do is not contribute anymore, I don't even care about the years of contributions already made. If I could have a guarantee that my money was going to retired people who put into the system I would have no issue with it. But the fact is that each paycheck I have to pay money that goes to people who don't care to work and are only a drain on the economy and society. I can't stand doing this anymore, it's bad enough that I'll never get anything out of it in the first place.

He has the most solid career out of any, and there is absolutely nothing strange about him. Why do people continue to think he's a cultist, and call him an un-christian? He belongs to THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS. as in JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth! They read the Bible, they believe in God, Jesus Christ, they have the 2nd to best world relief effort, and the President of the mormons has been given the Presidential Medal of Freedom from The United States Government, the highest award a civilian can get! They established the state of Utah, they settled and built the first buildings in San Bernadino, and for Pete's sake they had a Battalion in the U.S. Army and they hold the record for the longest march in Army history from Illinois to San Diego! What is everyone's problem?!!

it took an adverse effect on their life?

I'm not sure why wire tapping is such a hot issue. I can see if it was really having an adverse effect on the innocent population or if there were case after case of the abuse of this authority, but I just don't see that.

I am all for smaller government and the right to privacy... I am also all for the protection of our nation and doing what is necessary to achieve that objective.

Look, they have had the ability to tap any line they want for a really, really long time now. Because authority was granted to do it without a warrant for SUSPECTED FOREIGN TERROSRISTS why is suddenly a huge issue? And people claim.. well they won't follow the rules and they will begin to abuse the authority... my question is... if they aren't going to follow the rules what makes you think they haven't been doing that for years? How does the new authority change anything? And, if they do follow rules, which they do, then only terrorists are affected.

I am new to the Army. I have racked up two degrees and plenty of student loans. I have 48000 in federal loans which the Army is going to pay for. but I have 4000 in personal loans that the Army will not take care of. I want to go back to school for a Masters, but I cannot get my transcript to prove that I already have the credits to prove that I have the necessary credits. I have been to ACS, the education center and the VA. none of them have a program. is there a loan or a program that the Army has that I can take advantage of?

Detective Callahan has taken out two warrants for arrest on David Scott. One is for Felony Larceny and the other is for Recieving Stolen Property. Callahan has tried to serve the warrants on Scott at the suspect's house. The suspect has moved out. One of Callahan's informants tells him that Scott has left town for parts unknown. Several weeks later Callahan gets a phone call from his informant. The informant tells him that Scott has just got back in town and is at a girlfriend's house. Callahan goes to the girlfriend's house (with the warrants) and finds Scott's car parked in her backyard. The hood of the car is warm. Callahan then knocks on the front door and a female answers the door. She tells Callahan that Scott is not in her home and she has not seen him in three weeks. Callahan thinks the female is full of it and wants to search the house. The female tells Callahan that she does not want him to come in the house. Can Callahan search the house at this point anyway?

It is pretty clear in our immigration laws that you have to enter this country, whether it is permanently or for a vacation, in an authorized manner. At that time you will be issued either an immigrant visa which is for long term stays in this country, and can eventually lead to citizenship, or a non-immigrant visas which is used for tourists staying a short period.

i have seen many comments on the 'Electorial College' that lead me to believe that some may not have an understanding as to why our forefathers devised this plan to allow for equal prepresentation of all citizens.

This link gives a historical background on why and how it was created. It is good knowledge to have if you wish to debate it's merits.

Mitt Romney has like the cleanest track record out of any of the presidential candidates, he turned around the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics from a $379 million deficit and make a profit, he is a successful entrepreneur, He has degrees from Harvard and Stanford, he fixed Massachusetts's health care system, he's never had a divorce, he has a strong family, and he has good values. Why does the fact that he's mormon keep people from voting from him even if they know all of the other stuff? JFK was catholic, but did you see the pope taking over the country? Why should Romney be any different?
