Win what? Is there a number of Iraqis the US must kill in order to earn a stuffed animal?
The US has earned global contempt for its illegal invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. Nothing else.
The US has won some new enemies and weakened it self permanently.
Won? What is there to win but Iraq's oil? Problem is, as long as there are Iraqis, the US will not be able to take that oil.
SHAME ON YOU APOLOGISTS. Your government has murdered millions of Iraqis since 1991. You apology is worst than the Germany;s support for Hitler. At least they did not know about the Holocaust. You all know about this carnage... admit it, you think Arabs are inferior, that is why you relish on their deaths.
Those who love humanity love peace and oppose the WAR.
If you care about children, if you care about humanity, come down to DC this SEP 15!!!
What will history say of a country that brutally invaded another, then embargoed it and then invaded it again, murdered millions of people and destroyed all civil society and any possibility of recovery.
If you don't oppose this murderous campaign, you are complicit in genocide.

I have thought for a long time that Iraq is an artificial country cobbled together at the end of the Ottoman Empire. The Kurds have been fighting..(get this!) since the time of Herodotus for Independence from the Persians, Greeks, Romans, and Turks. They alone deserve our help and we should do that, at least.
25 centuries of yearning for freedom deserve our sympathy and respect.

he is winning though. He's raking in lots of cash for this. He doesn't care about if anyone stays alive through this war, or if Iraq is a democracy in the end (never mind if it's one country or three by the end).
As long as he gets his money and wastes ours, he considers it winning.

The possiblity of sectioning off areas of Iraq is real. It may even be one of the best solutions to the sectarian violence .

I really don't care. As long as Americans aren't being killed over there I don't care what they do.
