So, I've got this psycho ex who has some pictures of me in, shall we say... compromising situations. These pictures were taken by myself and stored on my own personal computer with password protection. Unbeknownst to me said ex got access to the photos and now that we are not on kind terms has begun sending the photos to various people including my current partner, parents and possibly my employer. I need to know what laws pertain in this situation (Indiana) and what type of lawyer might possibly handle this type of situation? Or can I just contact local law enforcement and have them deal with it? Will they deal with it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (and thanks in advance)

It appears the media panders to black leaders who support the concept of 2 wrongs make a right, getting even, race-baiting, actively throwing gasoline on the fire of racial conflict and partnering to every other liberal special interest group.

Can a black leader emerge who really lives and carries on Dr King's message to love one another, forgiveness and healing wounds? Will the liberal media allow that person's voice to be heard? Ask any liberal, they will admit Jackson perverts Dr King's message. It's obvious the liberal media has chosen Jackson and Sharpton to speak for black Amerians, not the people.

Guess which problem the brain trust of the Republican party is bankrupting our nation trying to solve. How many trillions of dollars are we in debt to the Chinese thanks to the Republican party?

Watching the 11 o'clock news a few days ago, I caught a clip of the actual news conference of Cindy Sheehan announcing her candidacy for Speaker Nancy Pelosi's House seat. Did anyone hear her say that she was dedicating her candidacy to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan? I don't remember the words verbatim, and I couldn't find the video anywhere on the web. For full disclosure, I consider myself a moderate Republican, who isn't against either war in Iraq or Afghanistan, but disappointed with the way Bush has fought it. I'm independent enough to consider voting for Democrats, but vote Republican 80% of the time. But, a statement like Ms Sheehan's is very scary to me. Is this where the Democratic party is heading?

I just wonder if people could change citizenship, take jobs and family with no hassle... would you still stay in America (assuming you live here now)?

We have found so much evidence that Iran has beem meddling in Iraq and supporting insurgents and militias with money and arms but yet we have done nothing to Iran. So many of our soldiers have died because of IEDs and EFPs supplied by Iran's quds force.

When will we finally do something about this?

We got pulled over the other day by a police officer in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We were at a stop light, and we started moving, as soon as we started down the road (not even hitting the speed limit), a guy walks in middle of the 4 lane road he was pulling us over. We saw that it was a police officer so we started to move over, we thought he was just directing traffic.

He pulled us over by walking in the middle of the street! We couldn't beleive it. He asked us do you know how fast you were going, we said "we didn't even hit the 40 mph yet". Then he said I clocked you at 55. We couldn't believe this guy.

After he wrote us a ticket, he proceeded to go back to his hiding spot, in the bushes. Are police getting this desperate to write tickets? I did have a wittness but, should I fight the ticket, or will the police officer pretty much win no matter what?

How high are the taxes in England? I heard they tax on like everything, even stuff that's not taxed in America. And what kind of laws do they have? Like is it different than America's laws, are they more strict, or more leanet, or about the same, what's the difference? Thanks.

The other on probation and paying restitution
They want to be married, Can they legally do this?
Both are law abiding people now and both work and pay taxes.

It seems that the current administration is trying to pass laws that directly contradict our basic constitutional rights. It's a troubling issue that seems to be swept under the carpet and ignored by the general public.

I went to a party that got busted for underaged drinking, I'm 17. I didn't consume any alcohol that night and I did not supply the party nor was there when the police came. [They came around 1:30 a.m. and I left at 10:30 p.m.] I was threatened by one of my friends saying "We're going to tell the cops you're the one who brought all the alcohol, so you're screwed". I went in for questioning today. Would they have charged me after questioning? How long does it take to charge?

This means that if someone commits any kind of crime against a gay/lesbian person, they will not ONLY be charged for that crime, but also for hate crimes, similar to the way someone would be prosecuted if they committed a crime against someone of a certain ethnic background.
