It appears the media panders to black leaders who support the concept of 2 wrongs make a right, getting even, race-baiting, actively throwing gasoline on the fire of racial conflict and partnering to every other liberal special interest group.

Can a black leader emerge who really lives and carries on Dr King's message to love one another, forgiveness and healing wounds? Will the liberal media allow that person's voice to be heard? Ask any liberal, they will admit Jackson perverts Dr King's message. It's obvious the liberal media has chosen Jackson and Sharpton to speak for black Amerians, not the people.

Was it George Soros or "moveontosocialism.org" that dug up dirt on Bill Cosby's past, to send a message to anyone who disagrees with the liberal plan to maintain or better yet, increase racial conflict; if we ended racial conflict, Jessie and Al would lose their power base. Liberals would lose a major part of their "cause".

We all know if a real leader who followed Dr King's real message would be name called and disparaged by liberals. They really don't want racial harmony, they are in the business of "getting even".

Sharpton and Jackson seem to have missed his message.
While they are using Dr. King's mission to feather their own pockets and extort power while keeping blacks on welfare instead of building a productive social structure, no good will come of the movement.
Blaming others for their own failures gets them nowhere.

He or she has not emerged in the 40 years since Dr. King was killed, so it may not happen anytime soon. Besides, when someone like Bill Cosby speaks they are called an "Uncle Tom" or an "Oreo Cookie" or they are not "Keeping it real" so that leader would probably fall on deaf ears.

Before such a leader can emerge onto national TV, he must first achieve some recognition in the community as a respected leader. Otherwise, how would the media even find him? Do you know of any such leader that we should pay attention to? I wish you could provide names (if you have someone in mind) so I can learn more.

it quite is astonishing how in conflict the 'new' civil rights activist is from Dr. King's thinking. they are creating an entire cluster f**ok of his message and his 'dream'. And to think of that a number of of those adult males marched with King. that's...properly, that's quite very unhappy.

He already did, his name is Bill Clinton! He called himself the FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT. Prominent black leaders didn't lash-out at him. I believe DR. KING was one of the greatest people in the history of the world(not just the US)! If someone could emerge, we need it now. I just don't see anybody even close to his greatness

WHY DO YOU THINK THAT JESSE JACKSON HAD (MARTIN LUTHER KING) KILLED? IT WAS THAT MR. KING WANTED TO BRING PEACE TO THE WHITES AND THE BLACK COMMUNITY. JESSE JACKSON WAS ON THE BALCONY THE DAY MR. KING DIED, IT WAS JESSE JACKSON THAT DROPPED THE WHITE HANKERCHIEF AND WHEN MARTIN LUTHER KING WENT DOWN TO PICK IT UP, HE WAS SHOT. JESSE JACKSON HAD OTHER PLANS AND IT WASN'T FOR PEACE. JESSE JACKSON HAD MR. KING MURDERED AND NOTHING WAS DONE. MRS. KING KNEW THIS BUT TOOK IT TO THE GRAVE WITH HER.

Sharpton and Jackson walked side by side with MLK for much of his life. Had he not been assassinated we may we be treating him the same way we treat the two of them.
