Firearms are pretty much banned in the UK. Although, interestingly enough (though not surprising) firearm and violent crimes went on a steady increase after they enacted the ban.
Australia, Japan, and the Phillipines are very restrictive, however I'm not sure if they are completely banned in these countries.
But as far as a total ban upon everyone, including government, I absolutely doubt it. A tyrannical government would certainly not go without guns itself, even if it banned them among all people in the country.

Not that i know of, In Britain it is illegal to own handguns and all the more powerful ones. We are allowed licensed shotguns for work and sport. With clay pigeon shooting being an Olympic event i imagine their is not a country that outlaws all guns. I know its a funny argument but its reasonable one.

No nation has a complete ban. They always allow some sort of exception such as guards for the king and leaders. Even Rose is pro-gun when it comes her private security guards. She will not let them leave home without them.

Hopefully, there are some countries with such sanity.
As the Dali Lama said in a recent Ode magazine interview:
"To use the power of the gun is a sign of weakness".

Yes!!! Good question.
EVERY Communist Country takes the guns away from the people.
The first thing Hitler, Mao, Stalin did was take away the guns.

What do you think the Democrats will do when they completely take over the US????
Goodbye Guns!!!!
