My friend took a couple of her Mom's checks and forged her Mom's signature and then made it out to her bf and had him cash them at a local convenient store. She knew it was wrong but they have a bad drug addiction. She found out that the checks were actually from an account that has been cancelled. They have a few days till the bank and store owner find out. Should they confess to her Mom and the store? They are seeking out help for their drug problems since they know that they have a serious problem. Neither belongs in jail. They need help for the problems. The Mom may be understanding although furious. Could she reopen the account and put money in it to cover it? Could the Mom be in trouble? Please help and try to be kind. Addiction makes otherwise loving people do bad things to the ones they love.

In Louisiana this is actually an offense! Yeah we all know seatbelts save lives but if people choose not to wear one its their own choice. They are not endangering anyone else. I think the government just uses it to get more money while saying "we are just saving lives". Most people do wear them but if you don't want to you should not be forced to wear one.

It was highlighted by a clash between the top 2008 Democratic contenders after Obama said he would be willing to meet with leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea.
Obama said it was important to search for areas "where we can potentially move forward" and added, "I think it's a disgrace that we have not spoken to them."

Hillary: disagreed, saying such meetings could be used as propaganda purposes.

NOW HERE IS THE GOOD PART!!!
Hillary says,
"Certainly, we're not going to just have our president meet with Fidel Castro and HUGO CHAVEZ
and you know, the president of North Korea, Iran and Syria, until we know better what the way forward would be," she said.

Then why was it ok for Penn to meet with Chavez Liberals?

African-Americans are victims of nearly half the murders committed in the United States despite making up only 13 percent of the population, a report published Thursday showed.
Around 8,000 of nearly 16,500 murder victims in 2005, or 49 percent, were black Americans, according to the report released by the statistics bureau of the Department of Justice.

Broken down by gender, 6,800 black men were murdered in 2005, making up more than half the nearly 13,000 male murder victims.

Black women made up 35 percent, or 1,200, of the nearly 3,500 female homicide victims.

Young black men aged between 17 and 29 bore a disproportionately high burden in the grim statistics, making up 51 percent of African-American murder victims.

More than half of Americans say US news organizations are politically biased, inaccurate, and don't care about the people they report on, a poll published Thursday showed.
And poll respondents who use the Internet as their main source of news -- roughly one quarter of all Americans -- were even harsher with their criticism, the poll conducted by the Pew Research Center said.

More than two-thirds of the Internet users said they felt that news organizations don't care about the people they report on; 59 percent said their reporting was inaccurate; and 64 percent they were politically biased.

More than half -- 53 percent -- of Internet users also faulted the news organizations for "failing to stand up for America".

is this why, for once, the libs and the cons pushing the amnesty agenda?

On August 20-21, President Bush will join Mexican President
Calderon and Canadian Prime Minister Harper for the second
Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) summit.
The SPP's stated goal is to:
"...Consolidate our action into a North American
framework to confront security and economic challenges,
and promote the full potential of our people, addressing
disparities and increasing opportunities for all."

New York Times bestselling author Jerome Corsi just completed a new book detailing our government's rapid move toward a North American "union." It's called "The Late Great USA."

we should read all about this, i know i have mentioned it a few times in reponding to post. but we need to educate ourselves on what this could mean to the USA.

Some random remarks in the Yahoo Q & A Forum are seen which are highly critical of her candidature for election to American Presidency which may require factual support to convince the electorate and other serious national / international followers of the elections. Benefit of doubt lies in her favour unless proved beyond doubt that she really does not merit the high esteem in which she is held variously.

If they are under the age of 18 the should be tried as juveniles not adults. You have kids 10-17 years old going to jail for life. Kids should be given a chance to make a better life for themselves because they are so young and have their whole life ahead of them. Putting them in jail for life does nothing to help them.

None of these men or women have said anything to make me want to vote for them. Just a bunch of people trying not to say the wrong thing and attempting to get elected because their the most popular or good looking. For the first time in a long time I am thinking about not voting at all. Why waste the time to vote for some puppet, who doesn't stand on anything and changes their mind when ever they thank people or polls want them to. I want a leader ie Reagan,Kennedy! Can anyone give me the name of a cadidate who is a straight talker and has a plan to improve the country.
