Okay imbecile, first of all the Oil For Food Program wasnt Military but United Nations Run by such as Boutros Boutros, and Kofi, not the Military.

You really should learn what you are talking about before making a _ _ _ out of yourself. I'd also suggest spell check to keep your image from suffering this much. The UN is not the military nor is it even a institution that the US should be a part of anymore.

The Oil for Food Program was a UN program, not a US military program. And it was full of fraud, waste, and abuse.
