Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) summit.
The SPP's stated goal is to:

These people are pushing for an end to US sovereignty by creating a North American Union. It is one step in their plan to slowly shift toward one-world government, which has been their goal since the organization was founded in 1921. They also want to take away our civil liberties bit by bit, in a way that nobody notices.

The Council on Foreign Relations is the organization that gave us the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" that Bush signed in 2005 with the president of Mexico and the prime minister of Canada, which expands on NAFTA to the extent that it threatens our sovereignty.

We are on the down hill slide towards opens borders from Mexico up. Amnesty was just going to be the next step to make it a reality. The only saving grace if you can call it that, is Mexico guards it's southern border like we should be guarding out southern border.
